Stunning Hall Cottage, near York and Leeds

Hall Cottage is an impressive wing of an English country house built in 1835, close to York, Harrogate & Leeds. With 4 very comfortable large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, farmhouse kitchen, sitting room + Smart TV, hard tennis court and your own large private garden, it is ideal for a sustainable stay, holiday or workcation. There is ample parking, free fast Wifi and the electricity is solar resourced. All the rooms have magnificent views over the unspoilt countryside with amazing sunrises and sunset

Four very comfortable large bedrooms, one with a king sized double, and the other three bedrooms are twins with large single beds. All are provided with luxury sheets, duvets and towels. Three bathrooms all with deep baths, one with a walk in shower and one bath is also a jacuzzi. Wonderful unspoilt views while soaking in that bath. The large and fully equipped farm house kitchen has a large table for sit down meals, a Belling cooker, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The sitting room has sofas, glass French windows and a Smart TV. The energy is sustainable, as the electricity is solar resourced, as are all the products used.

The utility and boot room has a Belfast sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. The Cottage has fast free Wifi with workspaces and ample free parking outside. To cap it all, you have your own private walled garden for seating, outside dining and reclining with a firepit and BBQ and a hard tennis court for your own use too. This is a very special place.

Your access is up some steps and not shared. The Cottage is entirely private to you.

Hall Cottage is in beautiful countryside but also close to York, Leeds, Harrogate and the A1. Nearby attractions include the ancient City of York, the Railway Museum, Castle Howard, Harewood House, the Yorkshire Activity Centre, the Yorkshire Wildlife Park, Harlow Carr Gardens and Tropical World. We have loads of free parking in the drive way. There is also Uber and local taxis and minibuses to hire.

Please note there is no hot tub with Hall Cottage but there is a jacuzzi bath inside. A hot tub can be hired in at extra cost if you wish
