While the apartment itself is modern and nicely presented, a number of issues made the experience uncomfortable. Even more concerning was discovering a pair of old women’s underwear behind the towel heater—an unexpected and unhygienic find that suggests housekeeping...

"absolutely excellent stay here. Great proximity to city centre but still quiet and private. The host is very responsive and the instructions to find/get in the apartment were clear and concise. Unfortunately the WiFi was down during our stay but the host made me aware of this beforehand and reimbursed me for the public paid WiFi instantly upon check out. overall a 5* star stay and I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for somewhere great to stay in york."
