"I liked the place. The remodel of the basement was very well done great view of the water. But be aware it is a long way down a steep stairway. Also be aware that the place where you park is above the basement apartment down a short but fairly steep gravel path and/or another steep stairway. My wife and I are old and very unsteady on or feet. It would have been nice for us old folks if we had known what we were getting into. But it’s great if you are young. The owner was very nice and helpful. ...

"Details could have been communicated at checkin. Like having to pull into ferry dropoff to find garage. Tv and cable went out. 2:30 am fire alarm. Had to evacuare. Couldnt put down blind cause ac vent hose. Building next door watched us sleep. Didnt like carrying 3 cards. Ramp,room,elevator. All white. Not much of a water view. One small window. Location was good. Thats about it."
