"Rooms were not cleaned, no clean towels, garbage cans were not emptied twice during our stay. Kylie the front desk receptionist was very rude and unprofessional she hung the phone up on me. There wasn’t a manager on duty during the weekend to process my refund."

"Our room looked out on a wall. It was dark and like a dungeon. We were staying for 3 nights , so we spent some time in the room. This was disappointing. Otherwise the room was fine.
