"Great staff, I wish the bellhops were told to keep an eye on guests with their huge luggage who arrive in pouring rain. But they didn't. Which caused a little upset mood. They're just inside, not even looking toward the outside. At least in pouring rain they should do that tell me if I'm wrong? Otherwise ..."
