The jewel in the crown of this penthouse is an elegant 25-metre level terrace, with a view over the characteristic rooftops of Ortigia, for the exclusive use of the flat, where one can sunbathe and dine al fresco.
The flat, bright and quiet, was renovated in 2022 maintaining the typical Sicilian architectural details, and is located on the second floor (without lift) of a 19th-century palazzo on the island of Ortigia.
The flat has a large living room finely furnished with designer furniture, two fully equipped kitchens, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two communicating bedrooms sharing a very spacious bathroom and a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom accessible via a convenient spiral staircase. The mattresses of all beds are 160 cm (63 inches) wide. The two kitchens are equipped with a gas hob, espresso machine, toaster, microwave, oven, washing machine and dryer.
