Stayed in the 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment.
First
Upon arrival the hotel requested a “refundable” 500 security deposit,(I felt a little high jacked) nevertheless
I paid the deposit and went to my room..
that should have been a red flag, however immediately when I entered the room I noticed two major scratches on the sink cabinet.. I immediately notified the front desk and took pictures. (very troubling)
Second:
The two bedroom that had bathrooms had see through glass doors and walls (and no locks)..
That might sound nice until your partner needs to use the restroom in the middle of the night and the light blazes through the bathroom door (no one can sleep)..
Not to mention if you would like (or need) a little privacy…
The shower glass in one of the bedrooms didn’t look like it had been cleaned.
the ac and thermostat was a little odd with options to “turn off” bedroom 1,2 or 3 the problem was no one really knew which one was bedroom 1,2, or 3
The staff tried their best and apologized
the Building had a MAJOR electrical cutover resulting in the ENTIRE BUILDING LOSING PROBLEM FOR HOURS.. Although they had generators the cutovers resulted in walking up 16 flights of stairs, no ability to park in the garages and water being temporarily shut off..
I considered extending my stay? The hotel management didn’t think/care to provide me with an enough incentive to try again..
