Trendy 2 bedroom bottom floor apartment with expansive views of the beach from the back deck and the terraced garden. Relax from the minute you step inside, whether having a lazy long lunch in the sun or drinking champagne as the sun sets.
Soak in the beach views from your own private tub in a designer bathroom.
Open plan kitchen, with stone bench tops, Miele induction cooktop, built in oven an microwave, Smeg kettle and toaster, Nespresso coffee machine.
The living room has a smart screen connected to a Sorround System with Netflix and Play Station 4 for your cozy evenings or rainy days. The master bedroom also has a smart screen with Netflix.
The apartment is perfectly positioned to live the Northern Beaches lifestyle and suit a range of needs:
1. Lifestyle - only 10 mins stroll from Collaroy Beach and Collaroy Plateau, you’ll find a cute strip of shops (including a supermarket), cafes and restaurants, including our favourites: the Surf Deck and Collaroy Hotel.
2. Activities - the apartment is overlooking world class surf beach (Narrabeen), and kite surfing Mecca (Long Reef Beach), while Collaroy Beach has family friendly facilities with two rock pools (including a kid sized pool) and play equipment.
You can also traverse the stunning Dee Why Headland walk that connects to a trail running the length of the Northern beaches, kayak or bike ride around Narrabeen Lake, or play 18 holes at the iconic Long Reef Golf Club if that’s more your thing.
3. Transport - express buses depart from the bottom of the street to the city (B-Line), Manly, Warringah Mall and Palm Beach making getting to Sydney CBD or exploring the beaches nice and easy.
Guests have a separate access using a lock box.
There is another apartment located above where other guests may be staying. Their apartment is not advertised as including a backyard but they are not prohibited from walking around the property so the backyard and side access ways are considered shared.
They also have the other parking spot on site.
Messaging via the app is the preferred method of contact with the property.
While we’ll do our best to respond promptly, before arrival you will be provided with 2 contact numbers (for calls, texts, and Whats app) for emergency situations.
