Appealing to the most discerning guests, the interiors possess an uncluttered elegance, while fixtures and fittings are high end. Sit out on the balcony and soak up the glorious views of Sydney Harbour. Open plan living, two bedrooms & two luxury bathrooms plus internal laundry and parking are ideal. Walk into the city or down to Rushcutters Bay, and enjoy the wealth of local restaurants. Live the life!

    Situated in the renowned Harry Seidler building, this apartment has been beautifully refurbished with a nod to its heritage. Use of curves, marble and plush carpeting lend sophisticated elegance as well as luxurious comfort.

    Lift access from the secure basement parking spot allows seamless entry into the foyer of the apartment. This flows to the open plan living area with the views drawing your eye to the incredible Sydney skyline beyond the balcony.

    The kitchen is flawlessly chic with marble and a black curved island bench stealing the show. Well equipped, it has everything you’ll need for a stay, including a dishwasher and microwave. The living area has a comfortable plush velvet modular sofa and a dining table with banquette seat and velvet dining chairs. Full width glass sliding doors open to the covered balcony with outdoor lounge seating. Settle in with a wine and revel in the views of the harbour in all its glory! The Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge take centre stage.

    The two bedrooms are equally well-appointed with premium bedlinen and views from both. The master has a King bed and a wall-mounted TV. The fully-tiled modern ensuite features marble accents and has a shower, vanity and toilet. The second bedroom houses a Queen bed and built-in joinery. The main bathroom, also tastefully fitted out, has a shower above the bathtub and a vanity and toilet. There is a separate laundry cupboard with a combined washing machine and dryer.

    With WiFi, reverse cycle air-conditioning and use of the communal pool in the building, this apartment is hard to beat. Feel like an A-lister on your Sydney getaway!

I was in between houses so it was a staycation and it was so cool to see Sydney from a Birds Eye view. Everything was perfect Highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

View to die for

The property was in a great location with a short walk to kings cross entertainment district. Was modern and well equipped for the needs of a family stay with comfortable outdoor seating on the deck where you have a great view day or night of the harbour bridge and opera house. Did not even feel the need to turn on the TV in the living room during our 2 night stay. Would recommend for 2 couples or a family of 4 and will definitely be looking to book this property again.

Right in the iconic view of Sydney

Location location location and view view view! This is a very comfortable and spacious apartment close to pretty much everything central Sydney has to offer. Very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen, though no freezer. Some difficulty checking in as the concierge on duty did not seem to know we were coming, but sorted fairly quickly. The decor won't suit everyone, and some people and cultures may find some of the artwork insensitive, but we found ourselves just living in the fantastic view. Would return.
