In the heart of Sydney’s bustling Surry Hills sits this exclusive two-bedroom apartment. A surprisingly spacious footprint unfolds to reveal an inspired blend of modern architecture and creative whimsy, welcoming you to a distinctive home with boundless charm. Complete with private outdoor space, this charming abode is a restorative choice as a place to call home in the city.

A modern open-plan layout forms the heart of this apartment. Natural light spills through the floor-to-ceiling balcony doors, across dazzling floors and walls, creating a neutral backdrop that allows the cleverly zoned furniture to take centre stage. Atop a Moroccan rug, and beneath a bright modern painting, a corner sofa frames a dark wood vintage coffee table. - For an iconic drink, head to The Clock on Crown Street, a much-loved pub serving guests from all walks of life since 1893. Here you’ll find lively rooms plus quieter spots on Surry Hills’ most popular street.
- Cool off in the summer with a stop at Messina, known for some of the best gelato in Sydney. With over 40 unique gelato flavours, this spot is a favourite among locals and visitors alike—a pilgrimage well worth it. (And there’s no need to stop at just one scoop!)

There are great public transport links around this property, and you’re welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a number of car-sharing apps such as Uber and Taxify.
