This loft-style apartment is centrally located on Oxford Street, Paddington - half way between the city/Sydney Harbour and Bondi Beach, with a dedicated under cover secure parking space.

It is a 250m/4-minute walk to St Vincent’s Hospital.

The apartment is like a mini modern townhouse, with open plan kitchen, living & dining room downstairs and bedroom & bathroom upstairs. There is a small private courtyard at the front, with two comfortable arm chairs, as well as a breakfast table and chairs.

Take advantage of the vast array of cafés, bars and restaurants close by or cook up a storm in the well equipped kitchen.

There are two supermarkets within 10-minutes walk of the apartment (details available in the information folder in the apartment). You are welcome to place an online order for groceries to be delivered after your arrival.

Walk to any of the famous local eating districts - Five Ways, Crown Street, Victoria Street and Paddington/Woollahra.

SLEEPING
The bedroom is on the mezzanine level with the bathroom, accessed via a spiral staircase.

ENTERTAINMENT
There is something for everyone in Paddington…

Take a stroll through the streets of Paddington and view the largest number of Victorian terrace houses outside England, most of which were built between 1860 and 1890.

Wandering through the Paddington Markets on a Saturday morning is a must – packed with over 150 stalls offering everything from fashion, art, jewellery, homewares & food stalls.

There is a bus directly on the door step to take you to the city and Sydney Harbour (15-minutes) or, the other direction, to Bondi Beach (25-minutes).

Experience the nightlife of Oxford Street, Darlinghurst - especially during Mardi Gras!

Or bask the sunshine, sit beside a beautiful lake and feed the swans and ducks or make use of the free BBQ facilities in Centennial Park, also a walk away. Bike hire and horse riding available in the park.

Walk down to Rushcutters Bay and stroll amongst the yachts that sail the Sydney to Hobart at the CYC (Cruising Yacht Club of Australia).

Walk 15-minutes to the Sydney Cricket Grounds and Sydney Football Stadium (Allianz Stadium) and catch a game.

In-house, the apartment is equipped with a widescreen smart television, Foxtel (cable) TV, bluetooth speakers so you can play your own music, free WIFI and a multifunction printer/scanner. The complex is a 5-minute walk to St Vincent's Hospital.

PRACTICALITIES
The apartment has a washing machine and dryer. All bedding, towels and other linen is supplied, as well as basic cleaning products.

This property is an set up for business trips to Sydney and includes a work desk set up with printer/scanner and free WIFI. It is located very close to the city with excellent public transport.

One secure underground car space is dedicated to the apartment and there is visitor parking available in the complex as well. The apartment is serviced by excellent public transport, with buses into the city centre (Sydney CBD - central business district), Circular Quay ferry station or to Central Train Station, all within 10- to 15-minutes. The buses from the other side of the road go to Bondi Junction (including Westfield Shopping Centre) and the eastern beaches (Bondi, Coogee, Bronte etc).

The apartment is also equipped with a variety of Sydney guidebooks (walking/swimming/food/wine), as well as a folder containing details of the many local attractions.

Great property in the Heart of Sydney
I was able to walk to food and bars. Right next to the bus stop, plenty of parking, full kitchen with cookware and dishware. Just a little mold on the bathroom fan and it was confusing to find the garage the first time. All in all, the best VRBO I’ve stayed in. Thank you!!

Wonderful place to stay for Sydney visit!
I stayed here for 12 days and would highly recommend this property! This is a great location to see the sights in Sydney or have a quiet stay if you have business in the city. Very close to restaurants, shops, and public transit. It’s a very cozy, well-decorated, and welcoming space with all the amenities you need for your stay. Everything noted on the site description was accurate, Wi-fi was good, and washer/dryer is very helpful for longer stays. It also has a private courtyard and dedicated parking in a secure garage. The host, Maeve, is the best! She responded to messages quickly and provided helpful information for a quick check-in. I would definitely stay at this property again!

What an amazing find!
I'll start by saying what a wonderful host! Maeve was very accommodating with great communication throughout. The property was gorgeous. Very quiet and safe, in a little gated area. Perfect for 2 people and in such a great location. Right on the bus route to the city and Bondi Beach. Near a supermarket, shops and bars. I would definitely recommend staying here. A perfect little find. 😊😊

Perfect little stay!
What a cute and perfect little property! Maeve’s property is in such great proximity to great food, great beaches and an all round great vibe right on Oxford Street! I loved listening to music in the loft whilst sitting out in the courtyard or on the reading nook! The bed was so comfy as was the lounge for a little afternoon snooze! The added bonus of free parking that is secure and easily accessible is something I’m grateful for because it allowed me to not only explore the immediate area but also venture further in the comfort of my own car with air con on hot Sydney summer days! Maeve was also so quick to respond to any enquires and allowed me to check in a little earlier and even turned the air con on for me so I could relax instantly into the property! How lovely!! Thanks Maeve! I’ll be back for sure :)
