Modern Mid-Century Epping Parkland

This beautifully renovated three-bedroom home offers a comfortable, practical base for families, professionals and longer stays. It sleeps up to six guests, with one queen bedroom and two double bedrooms.

The home includes comfortable living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, blackout curtains in every bedroom, Wi-Fi and laundry facilities. It is set in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Epping, with convenient access to Macquarie Park, Macquarie Shopping Centre and local shops, transport and the surrounding Sydney area.


Guests have private use of the entire home and its outdoor areas during their stay. There are no shared indoor spaces.

Self check-in is available using a secure lockbox. Detailed check-in instructions, including the lockbox location and access code, will be provided before arrival.


We respect our guests’ privacy and offer self check-in, so you can settle in at your own pace. We will not normally be present at the property, but we are available by Airbnb message if you have any questions or need assistance during your stay.


This is a private home in a quiet residential neighbourhood, so guests are asked to be considerate of our neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly during the evening.

Rubbish collection is on alternate Thursdays. For longer stays, we ask guests to place the bins on the street on Wednesday evening and return them after collection.

A first-aid kit and fire extinguisher are located in the laundry. Full arrival information and house instructions will be provided before check-in.

If you are bringing a pet, there will be a pet fee of $250 per stay.
