★Key★ I only have one key for guests to use. Please carry your key with you and do not leave it in the house or lock it up, otherwise you will need to contact a locksmith to open the door. Please put the key back in the lock box after check-out. If other team members need the key, the lock box can be used as a handover and safekeeping. If you are staying for a long time and must have a second key, I will apply for an additional key from the building, which requires a $500 deposit. If discovered, we will call the police and you will be responsible for any legal and financial issues related to the property. #Noise Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a tolerable level and do not disturb others. NSW noise restrictions also apply, so please keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. #Smoking Smoking is not allowed in the property. If any cigarette butts or odors are found indoors, we will charge an additional $200 cleaning fee. You can smoke outdoors. However, if you smoke on the patio or backyard, you must clean up the cigarette butts or other trash after smoking. #Pets I love dogs and have my own Labrador, but pets are generally not allowed in our vacation homes, except for service dogs, as this may affect the next tenant who is allergic to animals. Please notify me in advance if you need to bring your pet. #Moving Furniture and Belongings If you move any items from one location to another, please inform the host before moving and put them back in their original location before check-out. We also ask that you move items carefully and not cause any damage to the items themselves or the property, otherwise you may be held responsible for any damage to the items or property. #Trash - You do not have to clean the property thoroughly, but please try to clean it yourself, especially if there are children or if you are hosting a party. - Do not leave trash in indoor or outdoor areas. All trash must be picked up and placed in the trash can, including small items such as wrappers and bottle caps. - Do not leave food in the refrigerator or cupboards. There will be an additional fee for removing chewing gum and picking up trash from the ground or outside. If excess rubbish needs to be taken off site manually, a fee will be deducted from your deposit. - Please put all rubbish in the bins on the side of the house. Please put general rubbish in the red bin; recyclables in the yellow bin and only biodegradable/garden waste in the green bin. - Council rubbish collection day: If your accommodation includes a rubbish collection day, you are obliged to put the rubbish bins out to the road the night before the rubbish collection day, just like other households. Please help us do this, otherwise we will be fined by the council and the fine will be borne by you. ! ! If the property is not in an ideal state, we may charge you an additional cleaning fee. This includes leaving too much rubbish or too many dirty dishes in the property. #Please take off your shoes before entering the carpeted area.
