With FREE unlimited WIFI spanning the entire house, our abode features 1 king master bedroom, 2 Queen bedrooms, and a fourth bedroom with 2 Single beds and a double bed, making it an ideal choice for groups, whether for friends, weddings, corporate stays, or extended family gatherings.

Nestled in the attractive neighbourhood of Millers Point and conveniently close to the city center, your stay promises a bustling agenda of activities and entertainment.

The Miller’s on Kent III exudes heritage and originality. The fully equipped stainless steel kitchen seamlessly connects with the living area, catering to groups of up to 10 people.

The living room provides a cosy retreat, featuring a large smart TV perfect for streaming Netflix and your favourite shows.

Every bed in The Miller’s on Kent III is adorned with luxurious mattresses offering extra support for a restful night's sleep. Our bedding is of natural fibre, resembling 5-star hotel quality linen. Your stay includes fresh towels.

Please note that our home strictly enforces a NO PARTY policy. We do not accept Bucks or Bachelor parties without prior approval. While The Miller’s on Kent II is an excellent choice for families and groups attending weddings or reunions in Sydney, it is not suitable for events like a Bucks weekend.

THINGS TO KNOW

*Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.

*We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.

*The fireplaces are for display only and cannot be used.

*Portable heaters are provided throughout the home for comfort during cooler days

* Enjoy a seamless stay with our hassle-free airport pick-up and drop-off service, exclusively for guests booked to stay our homes. Contact us for rates and booking details!

*The dishwasher is currently not working and not advertised as an available amenity.

*There is no dedicated parking spot. Only paid meter parking is available for 2 hours. Kent Street is quite large, and if needed, High Street, right in front of the property, offers additional parking options. You can park at Kent Street and High Street overnight for free from 10pm to 8 am then you have to pay a parking ticket up to 2 hours after that.



HOUSE RULES

* Check-in after 3 pm; check-out before 10 am. Fees may apply for changes. Approval required first.

* No smoking allowed

* Strictly No parties or events allowed.

* Guests must follow NSW Short Term Legislation.

* All guests are required to accept our booking Terms and Conditions in the Pre-arrival check-in form, as well as provide a valid ID and card details for security.

* Max 10 overnight guests, 5 day visitors, 15 people total at any time.

* Only approved guests/visitors allowed (written permission required).

* Strict no-smoking policy; $500 fine may apply.

* Respect neighbours; keep noise low, especially after 9 pm.

* Breaking rules may result in eviction without refund (STRA terms apply).

* Date changes allowed only if more than 1 month before check-in, subject to approval/surcharges.

* Pets allowed with prior approval; $110 fee per stay; keep pets off furniture.
