  • Magnificently restored 1880's Victorian Terrace, fully furnished with 3 large bedrooms plus loft bedrooms and/or office space. In the heart of Kirribilli, it is a 2 minute flat walk to stand under the Sydney Harbour Bridge with direct views of the Sydney Opera House and Harbour. access to city via rail, ferry, bus or private vehicle or 20 minute walk across the iconic Harbour Bridge.
    You have access to the whole property. Front and rear lane access with 2 car lock up garage.
    Air conditioned family room and sandstone rear courtyard have northerly aspect and are sun drenched throughout the year. Plenty of room on 4 levels allowing both privacy and large multiple communal areas.
    3 large bedrooms( 1 King and 2 Queen beds (3)) with balconies and built in / free standing wardrobes. Loft bedroom with bunk beds / single bed (4)(5)(6) / office space with fold out sofa bed (7). All 5 bedrooms air conditioned. 2 large bathrooms with double showers, one with large spa bath. A further half bathroom downstairs so 3 toilet facilities. Fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances and built in BBQ on terrace.Entertainers fridge stocked with basics. 4 Tv's (2 with 4K) with multiple streaming services. Free high speed internet - ethernet and/or WiFi. SONOS sound system. 3 blue ray players and a dvd collection.Internal laundry with washing machine, dryer and drying racks. Laundromat 2 doors down in rear lane. Portacot available on request.

Beautiful stay in Kirribili

We were so thrilled with our stay in Pam and Raymond's stunning terrace house. Wonderful location for exploring Sydney, perfectly appointed and with gracious hosts. Loved every minute.

We had an amazing time in Sydney and staying at this beautiful townhouse was definitely a part of it. The townhouse itself is wonderful. Plenty of room and I lived that the top floor had a great little office and a wonderful view of Sydney. The location is also perfect. It's about 100 yards/meters from about a dozen restaurants / coffee shops / bakeries. It's also easy walking distance from two ferry station and a metro stop so it's super easy to get anywhere in Sydney that is accessible via transit. Pam was also great and very accommodating. Our flight landed early and she had no issues letting us in early. We would love to stay here again when we come back to Sydney. It was an amazing trip for me and my family

Wonderful location for a Sydney visit

This place is VERY unique. Old time charm but very updated. The host couldn’t be nicer and more accommodating. She met us earlier than planned due to a very early flight. Kirrabilli was a perfect base for us to see the city, the Blue Mountains, as well as just thoroughly enjoying the Kirrabilli area as well.

The historic charm of this house made it a true joy to stay in. Also, the location couldn't have been better. Easy access to all the main attractions via public transport (or walking for the more energetic), while still being in a quiet suburb/neighborhood with lots of small local shops and eateries. We had a group of 8 people staying in this house. I'm adding a few notes for others who are staying with a larger group like ours. First, the house is not particularly well insulated, and our group was not all on the same schedule, so you could definitely here those who weren't sleeping yet walking around from your bedroom. The house is older and somewhat creaky, so if you are a light sleeper, you will hear the others in your group. The bedrooms are all up stairs, so it is important that you do not have anyone who cannot navigate stairs. Only one bedroom is on the same level as the two main bathrooms, so most of the group did have to go up and down stairs for the bathrooms. There is a charming attic loft which two of our teenagers used. They complained bitterly about the climb up and down the stairs, as teenagers will. The ceilings are high, so there are lots of stairs between floors. There is an ample amount of gathering space on the first floor with several sitting rooms as well as an outdoor space and a covered outdoor space and some seating in the kitchen area. We found it perfect to spread out yet be together.

“Serendipity in Kirribilli”

We came across this house at short notice after being let down late on our original booking elsewhere. This might be a house with old Victorian bones but make no mistake, it has been meticulously maintained and modernized. Everything you need and nothing you don’t. T.Vs and heatpumps /air-con everywhere for example – large bedrooms. On three levels with urban views from the top level and a sunny courtyard at the bottom, this place has a quirky design (see how quick you can find the ‘Harry Potter’ toilet) and fronts onto a quiet leafy street. We had a ball in this place. Other things we loved - This house is 2 mins walk to Kirribilli Village with all its cafes, coffee, mini supermarket and pub etc. Five minutes to get up onto the north end of the Sydney Harbour bridge walkway and also the Milsons Point train station. Ferries were handy too. Luna Park ten minutes by foot. We had no need for a car, it is a 2.3km walk to Circular Quay across the bridge, 3.0km walk to the Opera houses. 15 minutes walk the other way to North Sydney. Pam the landlord was fantastic to deal with. While we stayed close and walked most places, the location of this house would give you a great launchpad for exploring further afield by car or train. Highly recommended by all 7 of us!!!!!

Just perfect

We were very happy with our stay at Kirribilli. Communication from Pamela was great. It was a perfect place for our daughter and her bridesmaids to get ready and fantastic for a get together with the boys the night before. I highly recommend this property. Such a beautiful location.

Location Perfect!

We loved the location of this property. Situated in the perfect spot to walk to cafes, shops, and groceries. Perfect space for our family of six. Beautiful vintage house! Great communication with the owners as well. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful character home in upscale neighborhood with close proximity to the Sydney Harbour Bridge

We had a large group of eight people and were very comfortable with lots of space. This is a beautifully restored and maintained character house that added greatly to our visit to Sydney. The house is very well appointed and lacked for nothing. Our flight arrived at a late hour and Pamela still greeted us at the house. The close proximity to the Sydney Harbour Bridge was perfectly suited to walking across this landmark bridge and accessing the famous Sydney Harbour waterfront. Alternatively, one could catch a water taxi close by. The kids really enjoyed an evening in the amusement park at Luna Park which is also a short walk from the house. Our only regret was not having more time to spend in Sydney and in this wonderful home.

Excellent stay in Kirribilli

I had been in sydney for 3 months for work and my family flew in for holiday from the US. The stay here was amazing! Pamela was a great host and the hime was beautiful. We found ourselves commenting on it daily! Kirribilli is a prefect location slightly removed from the cbd but close to everything. We can't thank Pamela enough!

Lovely home in Kirribilli

Beautiful home in an excellent location. A short walk to Harbor Bridge, cafes, Luna Park and the North Sydney Olympic Pool. The home was clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped. The owner was fleixible about check-in time which was wonderful after a long flight from the US. I would stay here again on my next visit to Sydney.

Everything it claimed to be and so much more

This is a delightful property- beautifully decorated and equipped. We were a family group of 9 in Sydney for a wedding. The house was comfortable, homely and spacious. We would happily have stayed in all weekend! The house is well located- a short walk to Kirribilli village and all of its dining options, yet quiet and secluded. So thoughtful to have a pantry with all those little things you don’t want to bring with you for a weekend away. The garage was a bonus given the challenges of finding parking in this area. Pamela is a wonderful host and we will be back

All we could as for!

We were so happy with our accommodation at Kirribilli. Pam had thought of everything and everyone in our group was very happy. A great location and a great house for a large group. I will defiantly book this place again.
