Perfectly positioned an easy flat 2 min stroll from Horderns beach with a tranquil shady yard and home comforts. Bright and breezy open plan studio with all the mod cons including fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, oven, full-size fridge, microwave, Soda stream, washing machine as well as coffee pod machine, tea, and basic pantry items. There is a queen bed with 100% cotton sheets and a generous ensuite bathroom with a large shower and amenities. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. You can't go past the shady grassed yard complete with a new fire pit area, BBQ, outdoor hot shower, lounges, festoon lighting, beach umbrella, and a hammock that says 'kick back and relax'. It also boasts a large TV with Chromecast for streaming and a Bluetooth speaker for the tunes. There is something for the whole family with wifi, board games, balls, two adult bikes, kids toys and beach equipment. For the more adventurous why not take our double kayak or paddle board to explore the magnificent crystal waters of the Port Hacking (available on request as it is shared between our two places) The bungalow is open plan studio style so ideally suits 2 persons or a small family. It can accommodate 2 couples so long as you're comfortable with the open plan bedding arrangements. Ask us about our front house which is also listed. It can accommodate up to 7 guests with a connecting gate combining the two properties.
We do consider pets upon request but ask that you familiarise yourself with local regulations regarding pets on beaches and within the national park before deciding to bring them along. Pets must remain strictly off all soft furnishings and owners are to clean up after them.
We have recently updated to include 'accessible features' given the bungalow is free of stairs and surrounding area is flat.
Note also that as yet there is no connecting door between the lounge and bedroom. This may pose an issue for some guests with small children.

Note: From mid-Jan 2026, building works on a neighbouring property may result in some additional noise during weekday hours (7:00am–3:30pm).

A fantastic stay in Bundeena! The house was immaculately clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our short stay.The location is ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet perfectly situated for easy access to the Royal National Park trails and the local Bundeena beaches. Host communication was excellent and check-in was seamless.Highly recommend for a relaxing coastal getaway!

Fabulous little one bedroom bungalow. Got everything you need inside with plenty of fabulous additions outside like an additional shower for after the beach, fire pit, and additional seating. Would definitely stay here again! Short walks to cafes, IGA, beach and ferry to Cronulla.

Welcoming, well supplied, brilliant

The impression is of generous hosts, super private, we went for a quick walk to the beach at sunset and on to dinner in the main street. Again for brekky. Even a ferry to Cronulla will be planned for our next stay. Loved the whole thing!

Kid's Favorite Stay!

We had such a lovely 2-night stay here! Perfect for our little family (2 adults, 2 kids). The place was super clean and had everything we needed—board games, a grill, and a fire pit for roasting marshmallows (huge hit with the kids!). It’s just a short walk to the beach, playground, and football field, and close to a gas station too. We were also near the start of the Wedding Cake Rock trail—just a quick drive and easy to park. Overall, we totally loved it. The kids still keep asking to go back to Bundeena!

Best equipped rental ever

We stayed in the property while our children and grandchildren camped near buy for a celebratory weekend. The kitchen had everything needed to make a feast - sharp knives, utensils for everything, an induction cooktop and excellent oven, serving dishes of every variety and enough plates, cups, glasses and cutlery for 13 of us. As well as the kitchen, the property had multiple thoughtful touches- a picnic basket and blanket, a first aid kit, toys and books for different aged children. The place was a short distance to the beach, campsite and township. All of these touches made the weekend shine.

Happi Too Bungalow

The Bungalow has a great vibe, beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. We felt right at home here. It is very well equipped with all you need and more. Close to gorgeous beach and walking distance to village. The Host Jenny is super amiable and informative. Would defiantly recommend.

My Stay in Bundena

Great host . Had issue with sliding door with the lock which had no screen for flies and no air conditioning or ceiling fans. Fairy lights outside weren’t working and photo had a hammock which wasn’t there.

Excellent studio. Perfect for a couple. 2 min walk to beach and 5 min walk to Bundeena shops, cafes etc. We had 2 little dogs with us eho loved the fully enclosed yard. Only issue was there was no shelter of any kind outside, so id suggest bringing a large sheet to dry dogs on if it rains or they swim

Highly recommend this as a place to stay. The place was notably clean and tidy, beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. Also it is such a bonus being so close to the beach and local shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hapi Too Bundeena!

A Wonderful Place to be in Bundeena

We loved the location of the property. It was close to the beach and an easy walk to the town for groceries. We highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone wanting a quiet retreat.

Great!

The property is very well appointed with quality cooking utensils and appliances. Everything you could need for cooking etc. Small and cute. Clean and tidy. Bathroom great. Firepit, BBQ great. Close to a fantastic beach and a short stroll to shops and good cafes. Jenny was wonderful in communication. Felt very independent, secure and private. Didn't need for anything that wasn't provided. Bundeena is a lovely town and everyone we came across was super friendly and helpful. 10/10, 5 Stars, Gold sticker. Very happy.

Highly recommend staying at Hapi Too if you plan on going to Bundeena. This place was truly amazing! They have thought of everything, it was like walking into your very own holiday home. There were books and board games, out door games, bicycles and fishing gear. The fire pit was a highlight, set up and ready to go! The beach is only a few minutes walk away, and the best pizza and quaint little bar just a walk up the street. Our son didn't want to leave! The only problem is we wished we had of booked a longer stay! Also, shout it to Jenny, the croissants were to die for, thank you!
