The unit was exactly as pictured. Well equipped with all we needed for a comfortable stay. Coffee maker, toaster, ironing board, beach towels, bath towels, outlets at either side of the bed, comfortable beds even an umbrella available in the event of some rain. Steps to the pathway that leads to beach, steps to the RSL and less than 10mins to the cronulla open mall. 10 mins to the train. Convenient and comfortable. We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this Cronulla gem of an apartment.

Catch the ferry to the sleepy village of Bundeena and its smaller neighbour, Maianbar, unspoilt hideaways that draw many visitors eager to enjoy their timeless charms. Bush-walk through the nation's oldest park - the Royal National Park. Explore Sydney Tram Museum. Visit the Kurnell Peninsula - it was here, in 1770, that Captain James Cook first set foot on Australia, claiming the continent for Britain. There are plenty of attractions under the water for diving or snorkelling fans. Lean To Surf at North Cronulla Beach. All the surf beaches at Cronulla have been dedicated as Australia's 5th National Surf Reserve. The first 4 National Surf Reserves were Bells Beach, Angourie, Crescent Head and Lennox Head. Kayak or SUP (Stand Up Paddle Board) the Port Hacking and Woronora Rivers. With horse riding, ten pin bowling, rock climbing, children's indoor play areas, museums and galleries, Leisure centres, more cinemas and golf courses near by, it is sure to keep you entertained from start to finish.

It was wonderful to be so close to the ocean, scenic walks, pools, restaurants, cafes, shops and transport. The apartment whilst compact was well appointed. Communication with the agent was exceptional. Would recommend to others and wwould book again.

My family and I loved staying at this beachside apartment. We loved the location- walking distance to beaches, rock pools, cafes and playgrounds. The apartment was nicely stocked with supplies. The bedrooms would benefit from block out blinds but it wasnt a big issue. Overall a great stay!

Firstly having to collect the keys from Caringbah when the property is at Cronulla is really inconvenient. Why not provide a secure key box ?I also found the property to be very dirty with the cleaners doing 1/2 a job & the property manager obviously not checking.I brought this to the attention of the property manager (with photos) & whilst they acknowledged the issue & offered to send the cleaner back this was not convenient for me.A small amount of compensation was paid to me in recognition of the poor state of the property.Would not stay again or recommend this property unless the landlord / agent can demonstrate far more attention to detail.

First, the flat was just the right size for the three of us, and could very easily house four people. There was plenty of storage, the kitchen was well appointed and equipped, and its proximity to the beaches in Cronulla was perfect! It's a great place to stay - close enough to Sydney while being just far enough away to allow for peace and quiet. And, thanks to Peter at Shire Agents for his professionalism and care. We highly recommend this holiday rental.

So my summary is based on elements that I marked the property down on. On arrival the property had not been cleaned,the last time cleaning took place was when the previous renters left 3/4 weeks before. To the agents credit this was resolved first thing the day after,cleaner came and it was resolved. Our other main issue is that at no time in any correspondence,no mention of extensive building works adjacent to the property.This apartment block is of several units and work starts at 6.00 -6.30 am not great.
