Beautifully transformed, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse combines high-end design with modern comfort, making it the perfect home away from home to enjoy with family, friends or colleagues.

The home features high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, climate control in every room, and a fully equipped kitchen with premium appliances. For alfresco dining, there's an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ. Each bedroom is fitted with a TV, and the house is also equipped with CCTV security for added peace of mind. To ensure comfort, professionally laundered linens and towels are provided throughout.
The expansive open-plan living area flows seamlessly into a sun-drenched courtyard with an outdoor kitchen and BBQ, creating a perfect space for indoor/outdoor living. The master bedroom, located on the top floor, is a loft-style retreat with stunning views of Woolloomooloo and a private en-suite. The second bedroom, a spacious queen room, includes a private balcony, while the third bedroom also offering a queen bed.

Guest Access:
Guest will have full access to the house. A lock box and door code will be provided before check in.

Parking is hassle-free with Domain Carpark just a 10-minute walk away, and free street parking is available on weekends and after 10 pm. During weekdays, metered parking is available for 1-2 hours between 9 am and 4 pm, with free parking before and after these hours.

The Neighborhood:
Historic Woolloomooloo is a vibrant & diverse community sitting amongst the city's best bar & restaurants, & spotted with art galleries, iconic Sydney pubs, independent theatres & a weekend farmers market, all walking distance from the house. It should be noted that the area is true inner-city living and the convenience of the location is also appreciated by the homeless who frequent the nearby public areas due to a number of community run services in the neighbourhood.

Ernest Hemingway famously referenced Woolloomooloo in his novel The Sun Also Rises (1926). In the book, he describes a scene where the protagonist, Jake Barnes, and his friends are staying at a hotel in Woolloomooloo. Hemingway uses the name to convey a sense of place, with the area known for its vibrant and somewhat gritty atmosphere. The location is also utilised by the Film and TV industry and is featured in The Great Gatsby (2013)

The only reason I gave this property a 4 star is because there was a homeless camp across the street and a homeless ministry beside the house that we were unaware of. The house was beautiful, with a great outdoor area and very close walking distance to everything. The host was great and would communicate quickly.
