Our beautiful two-bedroom Kirribilli apartment has expansive Harbour Bridge & City Skyline Views that stretch throughout the living & kitchen area - the perfect backdrop for any occasion! Freshly re-furnished and fully renovated to the highest standard, all rooms are air-conditioned and our home comes with parking on-site and an elevator! There are two large bedrooms both with hotel-quality linens and towels, all with built-in wardrobes. We also supply the best guest amenities for your stay!
We are a company that does a lot of travelling so our best means of contact would be either through the app or please email us and my Team will respond as soon as possible!
Access is via a lockbox. We will send you the check-in instructions on the day of your arrival!

Our beautiful apartment has been renovated to the highest standard, with beautiful furniture throughout from some of the best designers in Australia. The views from the living room,kitchen and balcony are first class. Every single one of these rooms has beautiful views, and have airconditioning throughout!
Our home also comes with onsite parking and an elevator, making arriving a breeze!
You have the perfect kitchen for cooking and entertaining in, as well as 2 large bedrooms, perfect for 4 people.
The apartment comes with 1 bathroom, all with beautiful organic shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
For the second bedroom, this can be converted into 2 single beds on request. Please let our team know if you would like this for your stay, otherwise this will be left as a queen bed!
Kirribilli is only a stone-throw away from the beautiful Sydney CBD and has an amazing village atmosphere. You are in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Sydney within 10 minutes but can enjoy the peace and quiet that Kirribilli has to offer.
The suburb has some of the best views that Sydney has to offer, is home to world-famous Luna Park, some of the best walking tracks to view beautiful Sydney, direct access to the Sydney Harbour Bridge as well as great cafes, supermarkets, pubs and liquor stores.

ADDITIONAL RULES: *As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*To comply with local regulations, all guests are kindly asked to review and accept our booking Terms and Conditions in the Pre-arrival check-in form. For everyone’s security and peace of mind, we also require a valid ID and card details for a temporary pre-authorisation, which is held as a security deposit for the duration of your stay.
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is FOUR people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to TWO people. No more than a maximum of SIX people are allowed in the property at any given time.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building or in the common areas. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas, especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions - Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away. - This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests. - Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates. - Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.
THINGS TO KNOW:
*Parking - Access to the driveway is via Robertson Lane, where you will find the parking spot for unit 37. Please note, the onsite parking for this home has a height of 2 meters and is fairly narrow (As per most spots in Kirribilli).
*This property is suitable for babies or children. A cot and highchair is available at the home. However we do not provide the linen. The cot is in the bedroom cabinet for you to set up.
* Should you need the second bedroom to be converted into to 2 single beds, please let us know upon booking so we can set this up for you!
*Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
*Please note - There is construction currently ongoing at the school opposite the road. There may be construction noise from 7am - 5pm.
*Please note - The unit above is currently undergoing renovations, and there may be some construction noise between Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM. While the noise is generally not too disruptive, we recommend keeping this in mind when booking our home.

A perfect location for business or leisure. I stayed with my family to watch the Sydney New Year's fireworks and the apartment had the perfect views. It is ideally situated close to shops, cafes, restaurants and the train station. The staff were very helpful in assisting with me getting to the apartment and checking out.

This is a beautiful unit, and met our needs perfectly. We wish we could have stayed longer.The views are beautiful, the unit was very well appointed and clean. It was also quiet and very centrally located. When we travel, we always rent a car, but in this case, everything was so centrally located that we did not need a vehicle. We could walk to the ferry and train system, and stores and restaurants, pharmacy and banks were just a short walk away from the unit. The host, James, was super helpful in answering our questions and giving us lots of tips for the Sydney area. We will come back in a heartbeat! Thanks, James and team for such a wonderful, updated home and for our fabulous stay there!

The view was gorgeous! Loved the vibe in Kerribili. Very laid back. we liked hanging out with the licals. We had few hiccups getting into the apartment. The stove didn’t work. The living area would not cool down,

The apartment was well appointed. It was in a great location close to the train and ferry stations. There were grocers and restaurants nearby. The listing is accurate although the apartment could use a little TLC. But nothing that got in the way of our enjoyment.
