  • Fully furnished private studio apartment within 150m of beautiful Balmoral Beach.

    Located at the rear of a large private home but completely seperate entrance to the main house.

    Stroll to local beach cafes or soak up the sun on Sydney's finest harbour side beach.

    Features:

    - Kitchenette with 2 burner cooktop and fridge.
    - Queen bed with bedding - bath and beachtowels provided.
    - Built in robe and draws provided
    - Smart TV with netflix enabled.
    - Stone bathroom with large shower and heated towel rail.
    - Indoor table for 2
    - Outdoor table for 2
    - Underfloor heating & floor fan.
    - Washing Machine / Dryer facilities available upon request.

    Guest Access:

    Access is down 15 stairs, then through the pool gates and down a long side path to the back of the main house. (see photo of side path).

    Street parking is easy, not metered or restricted and plenty of it, except sometimes harder on hot summer Saturday & Sundays (November to February only).

    Guest are only to use the studio & courtyard directly outside studio, other areas of the private residence is off limits.

    Things to note

    - Host will have limited interaction with guests, only when needed.
    - We have children so you may hear them from time to time.
    - It property is strictly for 2 people only, no other guests to come to the residence unless otherwise agreed

I had a lovely stay in Balmoral Beach. An easy stroll down to the the Beach, great coffee and restaurants nearby and transport from the area was easy. I would recommend to others who prefer this side of Sydney.

Beautifully appointed appartment, my experience was short (only two nights stay)but very pleasant. The short walk to Balmoral beach & all its amenities was certainly a draw card. Lovely surrounds both on the property & the wider neighbourhood. Thank you

Beautiful studio, very clean, comfortable bed and pillows. The location was perfect to the beaches and restaurants and buses if you wanted to go further afield.It is beautiful place to stay. My only one negative was the family had a pool party on a Thursday night which continued until midnight. Would have been polite to let me know beforehand.

Pristine Apartment in Beautiful Location

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for three overnights. The location is excellent for walking to beaches, restaurants, or shopping. Olivia was quick to respond to our questions and we felt welcomed and comfortable during the stay.

Balmoral retreat.

The property was perfect for our requirements. Clean, modern and a very comfortable bed. Listening to the kookaburras arguing in the morning was an added bonus. The owners were friendly and helpful without being invasive. We loved the Balmoral area and enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Property in an imIdeal Location but……….

Well maintained property in an ideal location in Balmoral which we are very familiar with. Unfortunately, it wasn’t possible to talk to the host but the only concern was the difficulty of getting heavy cases to and from the property up and down steps and stepping stones.

Amazing location and great value

An incredibly short distance to the beach and incredibly safe and secure location. The host was just amazing. They undersell this in the listing, the quality of the room and property is excellent.

Bright & Comfortable Beach Retreat

Lovely bright room with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Short walk to Balmoral Beach and Mosman Village. Loved the choice of different pillows and comfy bed. Kitchenette well equiped for meals, heated floors in room and bathroom a bonus. Highly recommended, with a great host.

Not for us

As you can see by the stars, the place was spotless, neat and within walking distance to where we wanted to be. If you enjoy your privacy though, then you may want to look elsewhere. The outdoor space sits beside the laundry and its contents and the walkway passes alongside the clothes line (and its contents). The accommodation can be looked into from an upstairs room and children wander past. The clincher was Robbie Williams coming on for an impromptu 2 song performance at 1:30am at pretty full volume. Not impressed.
