Cancellation Detail

Our listing adheres to Airbnb’s Strict Cancellation Policy, which means date changes or refunds are not available once the booking is confirmed. If your travel plans are still uncertain, we kindly recommend considering travel insurance for added peace of mind and protection.



Strictly NO Parties policy

To ensure a peaceful and respectful environment for all guests and neighbours, parties and large gatherings are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. We also kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum, especially during quiet hours between 9 PM to 7 AM. Any violation of this policy may result in a $500 cleaning fee, immediate termination of your stay without refund, and a $3000 fine in accordance with building and community regulations.



Quiet time & Sweet Dream

We want you to feel completely at ease during your stay, and part of that is creating a calm and restful environment especially at night. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM, and the building uses smart noise monitors to help keep things peaceful for everyone. If noise levels become excessive, it could lead to intervention or fines.



Note on SMOKING

Smoking is not allowed in indoor areas. You’re welcome to smoke in the outdoor area; just be sure to dispose of cigarette butts properly. This helps keep the space fresh and clean for all guests.



Self check-in and amenities

Our apartment is thoughtfully set up for easy self check-in and self-service, so you can settle in comfortably at your own pace. Fresh linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay, though there is no automatic replacement during your visit.

If you’d like a linen refresh or additional cleaning during your stay, just let us know! We’re happy to assist (a small service fee may apply). We’re also glad to help with luggage drop-off or storage requests whenever possible. Please don’t hesitate to reach out!

Accommodation was perfect for my family, there were 8 of us. Clean, tidy, plenty of room so we weren’t in each other's space & location was perfect. Easy to get to the cbd on light rail, shops bars & restaurants around the corner. Would highly recommend.
