Dress circle location to one of the world’s most fabulous cities with one of the best views in Sydney. Located on the top level (16) in an absolute Harbour front block. Two new lifts* and parking*. Heated pool & BBQ area* on the water’s edge (heated for 6 months from October). Spacious and bright with stunning views of Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House. Ideal for NYE fireworks. An easy, pleasant ferry ride to the city centre, close to train station and local amenities. NO AIRCONDITIONING. Will accomodate up to 4 people on request at an extra charge of $50 pp/pn. The sofa bed will be made up accordingly. If only 2 people and the sofa bed is required there will be a fee of $50 for the extra linen and make up of sofa bed. Please advise in advance. THE SAFE DOES NOT WORK. Pool towels are NOT SUPPLIED. Absolutely NO PARTIES, NO LOUD NOISE OR DISTURBANCES AND NO SMOKING.

The living room has large picture windows with a magnificent Sydney Harbour view. You will feel like you can touch the Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House.

Full kitchen, totally equiped with gas oven and cooktop, microwave and everything you need for nights at home, including a fabulous view!

There’s also a stunning view also from the bedroom where you have a comfortable Queen sized bed and lots of wardrobe space.

The bathroom is complete with a bathtub.

Parking is in front and rear of building plus there is a 4 level undercover carpark - first in best dressed.

Laundries are on all odd numbered levels, so best use level 15 unless in use.
$3 wash $3 dryer - takes $1 coins.

Dispose of garbage in the laundry rooms which is the room in front of the lift and marked with the level number.

Excellent Location

The location is amazing! Great views of the bridge, opera house and harbour from all the amazing windows in the unit. Walkable to many great restaurants with a great upscale neighbourhood feel. The ferry dock into Circle Quay is a one minute walk from the building entrance.

Great location and value

Harbourside is a great place to stay to enjoy beautiful Sydney.The apartments are spacious and have wonderful harbour views. Unfortunately the property is old and there is no air con. The week we had was particularly hot and humid so fans were working overtime! Also for the duration of our stay there was only one lift working as the other is being replaced. That's a necessity and to be fair didn't impact on us and wasn't noisy. We were told it will go on until June. I only marked down on cleanliness being very picky! Overall it was clean but the paintwork could do with a good wipe down particularly the bathroom door edges. Also it hadn't been vacuumed behind the TV unit....but it still had a feel of being clean on arrival. The host was particularly friendly and helpful and supplied very detailed instructions for check in and check out. Wifi can be unstable there but overall was fine. It's helpful to have staff on reception to help out if necessary too.We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property or to stay again.

This is an excellent place to stay for Sydney. The view is just as it should be with Harbor bridge and the Sydney Opera house. Public transport is a breeze and right outside. The apartment is well equipped with all you could need for a comfortable stay. Thank you Julie

Well kept apartment, fantastic location .... And the view can't be beat

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights. Amazing location just a few minutes from the McMahon Point Ferry station, and easy walk to Blues Point shops and a view of Luna Park, the bridge and opera house. You couldn't take your eyes off it (day or night). Helpful host with instructions and very prompt communications. Apartment was very clean and quiet

Lovely Sydney location and stay

Terrific to wake every morning and look out at the Harbour, the Harbour Bridge and Opera House. Easy access to the ferries with transit to the city. Nice space to relax. The pool was most welcome on the hot days (hit 40 C on our last day.

A comfortable apartment made stunning by the amazing views of the Bridge and the harbour. Very conveniently located - 2 minutes from. McMahon’s Point ferry, and just a short walk to coffee shops and a variety of restaurants. We loved our stay.

Stunning Views

The apartment was a wonderful location with a ferry dock directly outside. The views from both loving room and bedroom were fantastic. The Harbor Bridge, Luna Park and the Opera House! Plus watching all the cruise ships and ferry boats was endless. Julie was a lovely host and always helpful & available. Definitely loved our stay!
