"Everything was great. I will say that they went above and beyond helping. They are very kind and talkative, which is nice. They provided a map of Dublin. My room was very clean: the only problem was I wish they had the bathroom cleaned more often. But nobody bothered me. My key never had a single problem working. There are elevators which is so nice if you bring lots of bags. The washer and dryers there were easy and fast to use them. They don’t take cash for the washer or dryer. I used Apple...

"Todo muy bien, sólo que no sabíamos que era para estudiantes y que necesitaba carta de aceptación de la escuela, sólo iba de vacaciones por 4 días, pero se resolvió todo y mi estancia estuvo muy agradable. Gracias"

"Not our favorite stay in Ireland. The location is great but it's way smaller and cramped than we expected, definitely NOT a king sized bed as listed, and the only window opens to a musty, nasty stairwell. There is a fan but it barely moved air, so it was very stuffy in the room. The linens and bathroom were clean enough but the carpet was pretty gross looking.
