"Captain Ron met us to check in. Very nice and helpful. The boat is docked in a private, peaceful area. You can hear some distant traffic noise and occasional faint train, but otherwise very quiet. The boat is older, with ongoing repairs and painting, but was clean and cozy. Has a large, full shower with hot water and a toilet that is similar to RV toilets. At the top of the dock is a building with full bathrooms and "regular" flushing toilets, as well as laundry facilities. The kitchen is...

"We liked the coziness of the boat, the views of the river, the surrounding areas were beautiful. The only negative thing we could say was that due to the ran/wind the boat creaked and it made it hard to sleep for one of our nights."

"The host was super responsive, polite, and gracious. It was a quiet neighborhood. This is the basement of an occupied home, so you can hear some, but no issues with excessive noise. Area was clean and welcoming. I shared this with the host, but there was no fridge. Latoya gave me access to hear wine chilling unit almost immediately to meet my needs- so appreciated. I would need a "real fridge," but would otherwise stay againThanks, Latoya! "

"I have stayed at multiple houses, this one was by far the best. The house was clean, smelled amazing, and a great lay out. Communication with the owner was amazing, check in and out was seamless. Great yard for dogs. Quiet and safe neighborhood. 10/10 would stay again, thanks for having us!"
