"A lovely gem in the country. Great for walker. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our room and it was sorted - no fuss. The food was excellent and great selection for breakfast. Well worth a visit. 👍"

"Great welcome, clear welcome to the property and overview of facilities"

"Es un hotel tranquilo "

"No aircon. Very hot room. Got a fan but pretty poor for an expensive Spa resort. No late checkout for Gold member... 2 hours 20 pounds. All in all OK but a little disappointed "

"Hotel correcto"

"Staff were lovely"

"Sitio tranquilo "

"The room and bathroom was updated. Major issue is the soap dispenser on the wall of the tub, it does not work because of the pump. Had to use the soap pump on hand washing sink. Window glass could use some cleaning and the cobwebs on the top left corner needed to be removed. Staffs are very nice. I had some issues trying to turn off the TV. Paid Breakfast available."

"The hotel and the pub are very tired and in desperate need of rlc and upgrade/refurb. Stains on everything from floors to ceiling. Chairs in the room and the bar that should be in the bin. The cleaners do a great job but the whole place needs dealing with. Green King you are better than this. "

"La stanza nella casa di Wendy è davvero curata. Wendy ci ha accolti in modo molto caloroso. Bello l'arredamento; c'è molta cura dei dettagli, anche verso cose che solo una donna può capire ;) (il panno in microfibra per il make-up mi ha davvero stupita) Il letto con Tv incorporata è sorprendente, molto comodo e profumava di bucato! Grazie Wendy"

"We had a wonderful stay at Saddlers :). Milky is a wonderfully attentive host. Attended to our every need & was very knowledgeable about local restaurants and places of interest too. We had a very relaxing stay."
