Fair Views over the Inlet

Welcome to the stunning holiday house in Sussex Inlet, Fair views, a perfect retreat for your getaway with family and friends. This spacious and inviting property offers an unforgettable experience for up to 10 guests.

Things to note about the property:
- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- Aircon and Wi-Fi are available.
- No smoking inside the house
- No pets allowed.

Inside:
Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an open-plan layout that seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room. This design allows for a comfortable and sociable atmosphere, where everyone can gather and relax together. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals, and the large dining table provides ample space for everyone to enjoy their meals together.

The house features four beautifully appointed bedrooms, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests. The main bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom, complete with a luxurious spa bath, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. In addition to the ensuite, there are two more bathrooms, ensuring convenience and privacy for all.

For families with children, there's a dedicated kids playroom where the little ones can have their own space to play and entertain themselves. This thoughtful addition ensures that everyone in the family has a delightful time during their stay.

Outside and Location:
Situated across the road from the canal, this property offers picturesque views of the water, providing a serene and tranquil setting for your vacation. The quiet street adds to the peaceful ambience, allowing you to fully unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.

All was OK, there was an ant issue with the toaster and there was evidence of cockroaches as dropping were inside the kitchen cupboards. We didn't see the host as we received our keys from the local L.J Hooker Real Estate Agent. There was some damaged furniture and we reported that and the above to the agent.In saying that, the house was really nice, great spot and relatively clean.

Our stay at St George Basin

Once we got to the property we reliased, the property surroundings were not that pleasant and the images were not true. It smelt a bit like swamp. But the property was very spacious and had plenty of space for our group of 10. Kids had plenty of fun too. The sofa lounge near front of the house could have been bit more cleaner. The backyard too wasn't clean. The bush were all overgrown and spread on both sides of the steps in the backyard. Therefore we didnt spend much time in the backyard. For the price we paid the property could have been lot more cleaner.

Really is a place where family meets

This was a great house to share with my family for our annual family holiday. The location is great and the house is big enough for 7 adults to be comfortable. We enjoyed the pool table and the large family dining area! Will definitely be going back! Thank you!

A Special Location

We enjoyed a wonderful stay. The town is great, with lots to do and experience. The property was well maintained, well laid-out and had awesome views of the main Sussex channel. Lots of space, ideal for a large family.

Wonderful stay for a family or large group

Property was just as advertised, great quiet location with spacious rooms, a huge kitchen and entertaining space and lovely views. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Check in process was easy and we loved our stay. Only recommendation would be an upgrade of the mattresses- very hard springs, especially in the bunk bed doubles

Amazing!!!

Highly recommended. Beautiful house, beautiful area right by the water. Wake up to kangaroos in the front yard every morning. Will be staying here again next time we visit. Everyone involved so easy to deal with. Thank you.

Beautiful and elegant house. Everything is there

Best place I’ve seen for a long time. Better book firm text with real estate agent managing it rather than going through Stayz which did almost nothing except charging me a fee and rewire deposit to property manager, Stayz should’ve arrange the automatic payment of the remainder of the rents. Instead I have to liaise with the nice people at the real estate agent (LJ Hooker at Sussex Inlet) to arrange it
