Mixed thoughts on this place. Arrived at the hotel around noon to check in, expecting to just leave my luggage in storage until the 3p check-in. Was told my "room wasn't ready until 3pm, however for an additional $60 my room could be ready immediately". Did I just get shaken down for $60-bucks? The ...

River Rock Casino Resort
Room was clean, the pool was lovely and the staff friendly. Some areas are starting to look a bit tired and show it’s age but overall a great place to stay. We loved the location and ease of getting to the city with the skytrain right there. We will be back:)

Executive Plaza Hotel Metro Vancouver
Room was amazing and clean. They even made the beds, cleaned the bathroom and gave us fresh towels, which no hotel has done since covid. Our friends stayed in a different hotel nearby, paid quite a bit more, and it was dirty and uncomfortable. I'd stay here again!
