"Upon checking in, I was immediately disrespected by the front desk clerk, Samantha, who made inappropriate comments about my appearance, calling me a “nerd” and making assumptions about me based on my hairstyle. As a Pastor, I found this especially offensive—no one should be judged based on how they look. Shortly after entering the room, we noticed several issues and brought them to management’s attention. Instead of addressing the concerns, my wife, children, and I were told we had to leave...

"Good inexpensive stay. About 15/20 minutes away from the beach. Wasn’t the best hotel but also not the worst. Staff was super friendly. Didn’t like the fact that the shower curtain rod didn’t hold the curtain correctly. Caused water to leak. If you’re a solo traveler I can see this being a perfect place. "

"The state of the elevators, halls, and rooms was poor. Our room had painters tap on the wall and was in a state of disrepair. We were also kept up through the night by loud noises coming from both the hallway and the room next door. It’s a good hotel if you need a cheap place to stay a night or two and don’t plan on being in the hotel much. It’s close to things to do, so that was a benefit."

"The room was very clean and was exactly what we needed for our stay. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy, the area was well-lit and quiet. Would definitely stay there again. "

"The beach view had lots of trees in the way. The "indoor" pool and hot tub were very dirty. We did not use any of the pools except the hot tub the first night as it was too cold. The hotel also charged me a $200 pet fee and it was not relayed to me how much it was when I checked in. It was not separated on my bill either. "

"Room And staff were horrible. Power went out in our room around 8:30 at night when we tried to tell Steph we could not get a hold of him until the next morning before lunch and they were rude and asked us to leave because of that"
