"We hadn't had good reviews for this hotel chain. It was our first visit and it changed our perspective on the hotel. Overall, the hotel is fully booked, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff's service is superlative; Sarah and Colin will make your stay sublime. The only drawback of the hotel is that it's 10 minutes from restaurants, although you can eat at the hotel restaurant, which is fine. It's also worth mentioning that the city center is a 14-minute walk away."

"Wonderful hotel - room was surprisingly spacious and even had a microwave which was a nice addition if you are staying for several nights. Bathroom was very nice and spacious and a lovely shower. Great location central with good transport links and only a short walk from the main attractions in the city. Car park is extremely tight when full but we took advantage of the alternative car park suggested which we were fortunate to receive a discounted rate for whilst staying with Sandman, and it was...

"Room was clean however not sure if it was a full room service everyday or just towels changed as there were days where bedding didn’t seemed changed and rubbish wasn’t removed from room. Spa access is restricted however this is totally understandable and the facilities are amazing. Overall the hotel, staff and facilities were outstanding. Breakfast was fabulous! Well worth the money.
