Windowsill had black marks where it looked like it had been burnt or someone tried to light it. Floor had pen scribbles on the floor. Outside aesthetics not great. "The staff were very helpful in recommending restaurants and other sights to see in Glasgow. The hotel was modern and clean, providing a lot of amenities. The location is also great, a short distance from the city center but still in a quieter, more open area."

"We have stayed here before and it is a good practical option for us when we visit family. It is clean modern and nice and warm. We have stayed twice before in different rooms, both of which were bigger than the one we had this time. It would really have been more suitable for a single guest. That being said, we did manage ok for 2 nights. We did notice the noise from other guests a bit more this time than we did before. The location is ideal as there are shops, bars and decent restaurants...

The staff were okay - when I checked in - I was not told about WIFI code, restaurant opening hours, gym etc. I later then discovered when I asked - there was a A4 document he should've given me. "The room was clean, the bed is quite comfortable. The location is alright. The entry to the hotel could be a struggle for new guests at the hotel. I found it difficult to locate the entrance. A guide to the assigned entrance( which is entrance 2) for entry to the hotel would be ideal."
