"Carlton george hotel is right in the heart of glasgow city centre. Right beside george square. This is our 2nd time staying here and will be back again. We stayed in the club room which was a huge room and faced on to the city centre. We stayed in room 210 it was close to the lift had a bath with a shower. "Beautiful, big, modern room looking out over the river. Very quiet and convenient. The bath was big enough i could lay down all the way, I am 5'8". We were misinformed regarding the breakfast, if you want it a 12£ book the night before, or you're stuck paying 17£. I spoke with manager about it, she was very nice and understanding but did not reimburse us the 10£, which i found a bit cheeky. If we were back home in Montreal, they would of reimbursed us!
