Close to metro, lots of shops, food etc. Near university so many are young and beautiful. Clean area and room. Kitchen and dining area are convenient. Feels very safe. Keyless lock (need code) Cons: Keyless lock (out of luck if your phone is out of power), several people had to try multiple times. I could hear them trying the front door from 2 floors up. "*Highly recommend if you need AC control and a crisp clean place to stay. I would have booked this place for my entire Seoul trip if I had found it sooner. Seems like it's a newly set hotel grade lodgement. Very clean was my first impression. It's literally right next to a subway station, in front of a bus station, and Emart (equivalent of QFC) is down the block. It's located on the second floor about 14steps is all you need. An electronic kiosk is at the end of the stairs, with 4 languages...
