"Enjoyed our stay very much. Staff was helpful and nice. Room was clean and spacious. Very happy with the location. Not on the busy Myeongdong street, but close enough to all the main attractions. Located right outside was hop on/off bus and airport limousine bus stop. In-between 2 metro stations stops. "I had high expectations for the Lotte Hotel Seoul given its reputation, but unfortunately had a very poor experience. Despite the premium location, I got multiple flea bites after the first night. The itching and discomfort were significant and affected the rest of my trip. Staff response was mediocre at best when reported. For a luxury hotel, this level of pest issue is unacceptable and concerning regarding cleanliness standards. I cannot recommend staying here until this is properly addressed....
