The mobile home was very clean and located only 9mins from the beach. The neighborhood was quite .

Quite neighborhood. Good for what we needed. Simple place to sleep while we stayed on the beach all day. Everything was there except the food. The only thing I would probably add would be better furniture in the living room and porch area and TV in the bedrooms.

The house was very clean and easy to get into! The only complaint I have is that the porches were a bit dirty. Besides this though, we had everything we needed in the house as far as cooking goes and the beds were comfy. We plan on returning next summer!

We were looking for a comfortable place to call home while we visited with family. This house is clean and comfortable and roomy. We are very happy to have stayed here.

Another Great Holden Beach Vacation. This place was as great as always. Just a short drive to the beach. It has everything needed to cook. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. I love the screened porch with rockers. Wish the water spicket at the ramp worked. It would be nice to wash the sand off our feet.

It was great. However we are use to a king size bed. Mattress was maybe a full size. Slept okay. I am only 5'2 and my feet went off the end of the bed. Bedroom plenty big for bigger bed. Other than that the place was well taken care of and very clean.

The accommodations were great for what it was worth. They had everything that a family would need for a stay, it was super convenient to town and the beach. My only recommendation would be to update the beds.

I'm glad I choose this place. It was nice and clean and much bigger than I had expected. The kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils needed to cook with. I loved the rockers on the enclosed back deck.

I went for a funeral. Usually stay in Wilmington. Was nervous about staying in an unfamiliar area. It was quiet safe clean. Plenty of space. Will be back.

Very easy to find perfect location peaceful neighborhood enjoyed sitting on the decks and listening to the crickets at night short drive to the beach very peaceful very peaceful. Very clean well-stocked a great contact with the homeowner fast response I definitely will rent this place again Denise Estes thank you Beth for a great weekend
