Guests will have access to the entire unit, including the private balcony and lock-up garage. Key collection is made easy with our lock box system, ensuring a smooth and convenient entry to your unit. For after-hours arrivals or Sunday check-ins, a lock box code will be provided.

Climate Control: The property does not have air conditioning; however, two pedestal fans are provided for your comfort.

Linen Policy:

For bookings made after September 26, 2025: Linen will be supplied, though guests will need to make the beds upon arrival.

* For bookings made prior to September 26, 2025: Guests will need to supply their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers, and tea towels. Alternatively, linen hire can be arranged for an additional fee.
