    150 metres and you are on the sand of Sunshine Beach -with life-saving patrols & "off-leash" dog areas both north and south. Hot & Cold outdoor shower.
    Catering for families with up to 10 guests.
    The main house has 3 x generous KING bedrooms + sleepout with 3x bathrooms. Master ensuite with double rain head style showers over spa. Main with a separate bath, shower, and large vanity. Small 3rd bathroom with shower, WC & Vanity. The 4th Shower is an outdoor hot& cold water with a hose diverter for people & pets to rinse downs after beach romps.
    2 x Large living areas and various great outdoor deck spaces.
    Wonderful social kitchen with gas cooktop central island bench and sandstone servery with French doors leading to BBQ deck, outdoor living area with dining for 8-10 and relaxing sunloungers

The place absolutely amazing and well equipped for everything you need to enjoy the place. Close to the beach, shops, cafes and restaurants and a stones throw from Noosa.

Penny is a fantastic host, always answers any queries immediately and keeps Summer Salt in great condition. The house is perfect for our family and had all the amenities we wanted. In addition the location is perfect, a short walk to the beautiful beach, close to shops, tennis, an outdoor Olympic size pool and a short drive to some beautiful locations. This our second time staying at Summer Salt and we hope to go again next year.

Great location for beach walks and village has everything you need. Also close to Hastings Street for more activities. Our host was very responsive and accommodation and pool had lovely spaces for our group both inside and outside.

Summersalt

A great facility for our party of thirteen. The heated pool was a bonus, and was well used. The proximity to Sunshine beach was a great asset, and the facilities inside were well used, including the pool table, and other games.The bedding arrangements were excellent, and the kitchen/ dining areas were very well equipped to cater for our large party. In conclusion, a great place to stay.

Our Summer Salt winter escape

We had an enjoyable stay, the property is spacious and clean, on a quiet street with lots of privacy. The family always look forward to coming back to Summer Salt to recover after a full day activity. Penny the host was readily available and always helpful.

Fabulous house near the beach for big group

We travelled as a group of six couples for a weekend gathering. The house was spacious and perfectly set up for a large group - and the pool table was a hit! Large comfortable beds, great bathrooms, short walk to gorgeous beach. We’d gladly return.

Terrific holiday house

Our family of 13 had a great time at Summer Salt. The accommodation worked perfectly for us. We were very impressed with the quality of the furnishings and the amenities. Penny responded promptly to our queries and also gave us a late checkout.

Family holiday

My extended family very much enjoyed our stay at Summer Salt. There was more than enough room for us all, with little pockets we could have our own privacy if needed. All of the necessary facilities were within walking distance and the access to the beach was fabulous. The yard was a great space for our activities as well. It would have been nice to stay outside after 9pm but understand the restrictions given proximity to permanent residents.

Family Holday

Fantastic property that had everything we needed for a family holiday. There was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy multiple activities in separate areas of the house. The house and outside property was very clean and extremely well appointed. The beds, bedding, linen, towels were of a very high quality as well as the kitchen utensils and cutlery and crockery. Penny our host was so very accommodating and fantastic at communicating making time to meet my specific requests regarding sleeping arrangements and supply of baby/toddler essentials. I would certainly recommend this property to people with a large family of all ages.

Excellent family weekend

Summer Salt was perfect for our annual family get together. The house is spacious we appreciated the different living areas allowing the younger members to enjoy their games of pool, whilst others relaxed with a glass of wine , reminiscing. Three bathrooms were just fantastic providing each couple with their own “private space”. It was evident that a significant amount of thought and care had gone into the decor, with a focus on a relaxed coastal vibe. The pool was fantastic and being heated ensured our youngest family member had long sessions. Location was terrific, close enough to the Sunshine Beach restaurant precinct for us to walk to dinner and take lots of beach walks and swims. Communication re booking etc was fantastic, thank you Penny.

Summer Salt

Summer Salt at Sunshine Beach was a wonderful home and base for our family’s wedding weekend celebrations at Noosa. The home was beautifully presented and in an ideal location for our large family group of 9 adults and 3 children. There was plenty of space both inside and out, with a swimming pool at the front, ample verandahs, a pool table, TVs, a beautiful bush setting at the rear of the property and easy access to the path to the beach. It was dog friendly with secure fencing all around. 5 bathrooms allowing privacy and comfort. The property was well maintained and provided so many extras which we appreciated. Penny was so helpful and prompt with her communications. I would highly recommend a stay at Summer Salt to enjoy all that this area offers.

A 70th family holiday!

13 family members stayed at Summer Salt for a wonderful holiday to celebrate my birthday. The house catered for all ages with quiet separate accomodation & lots of living areas & a lovely heated pool & fun pool table. We enjoyed the local walks & wildlife, the fabulous restaurants, the nearby surf club & a trip to the Australia zoo which was fantastic. Penny our Summer Salt host was amazing & very helpful. Right from the beginning she connected with me & made me feel safe & secure that we were renting the right property for our group & she was spot on. Such a kind person. Summer Salt was large yet cosy, pretty but practical & we felt very much at home. My son’s mini schnauzer had fun too!! Thank you Penny! It was just perfect!

Spacious and relaxed in Sunshine Beach

10 of us, including 4 children aged 5 to 9, had a lovely stay over Christmas. The flow of the house worked very well, with the variety of spaces allowing us both to gather together and to find some peace and quiet when desired. Six of us were easily accommodated on the ground floor, with the others very happy with the smartly renovated basement apartment.We appreciated the ability to walk to the beach, and did so a couple of times most days. Thank you Penny for leaving out beach towels, body boards and pool toys too!Adults and children loved the pool table and the pool, especially the seating area under cover around the latter. The kitchen was well appointed and supplied, although we would have liked seating for all ten of us around the inside dining table. (It was just possible around the outside table.) Penny our host was helpful and excellent to deal with - prompt and clear communications before and during our stay. All in all a comfortable house and a happy stay.
