This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Kings Beach apartment is only minutes away from everything you could possibly need. The patrolled surf beach, Kings Beach fountains and the coastal pathway that leads from Golden Beach through to Dicky Beach are all nearby attractions. This apartment is equipped with everything you need for a breezy beach holiday.

The Space:
Featuring an inviting, open plan living area, this apartment is perfect for the family with its snug sofas, a flat screen tv for those much-needed movie nights and well-equipped kitchen for those who wish to cook up a storm. Fitted out for the family, there is a 6-seater dining table both indoors and outside on your private patio to enjoy those Kings Beach evening sunsets. Tastefully designed to reflect the beachy scenes outside, each room has its own unique, coastal look that makes it feel like summer all year round!

Comfy lounge and occasional chair, wide screen TV, Split A/C Unit, Ceiling fan

Master:
Features a plush queen-sized bed, a ceiling fan, a private ensuite with shower, sink and toilet.

Features two single beds and a ceiling fan.

You will have access to the entire apartment as well as one secure garage space.

Kings Beach - right there, just a 2 minute stroll to patrolled surf beach Kings Beach as well as the ocean pool, local playgrounds.
Happy Valley - 15 minute walk along the coast pathway
Coffee shops – A short 2 minute walk away
Caloundra city centre - 12 minutes’ walk
Moffat Beach - 20 minute walk along the coastal pathway (5-minute drive)
Mooloolaba - 20 minute drive
Sunshine Coast Airport - 40 minute drive
Maroochydore- 30 minute drive
Australia Zoo - 30 minute drive

Getting Around:
Park your car in the allocated single car garage and walk everywhere. You’re only a 2 minute walk to the beach, next to the coastal walking tracks, & minutes from playgrounds, 30 seconds from great local coffee spots. There’s no need to drive anywhere!

Other Things to Note:
*The unit is located on the second floor of this building and is accessed by stairs.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.

Good but some negatives

The ad was partly misleading as the ad impliesthat there was a big view of Kings Beach. While we knew the bookin time was 3 pm this was much later than any of the many properties we have stayed at. They said they would ring if we could get in earlier but we never did get a phone call but were able to get in by 2.30 No lift was a big negative as my medical condition made it hard for me.
