The unit offers a microwave, dishwasher, 40' LCD HD Tv, DVD player & stereo, a 24' TV in main bedroom, flyscreens on the windows and a security screen on the balcony door. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living area.
Enjoy panoramic views over Kings Beach watching the waves roll in and the ships gliding past whilst you relax and enjoy a cool drink on the balcony. The ocean can also be seen from the kitchen, dining room and lounge.
The large private rooftop area overlooking the vast blue Pacific Ocean, is exclusively for your use and has plenty of outdoor furniture to enjoy the sun all year round.
The complex offers a lock up garage for each unit and an inground pool.
Please note that this property does not have air conditioning, however there are ceiling fans installed.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
Linen
Please note that linen is not provided in this property. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you. The cost for linen hire for all beds in this property would be $135 p.w. (pricing includes sofa bed), or $51 p.w. for just the main bed (subject to an annual price review by the linen hire company).
