The property is approximately a 30-minute drive from Sunshine Coast Airport or a 2 hours drive from Brisbane CBD.

- There are stairs to the property.
- To access the parking, drive into the driveway, enter the keypad code next to the letterboxes, then drive into the garage and take an immediate right into parking. Space number eight.
- Some road noise can be heard from David Low Way when the windows are open in the kitchen or the 2nd bedroom.
