The open-plan living area is light-filled and comfortable, featuring air conditioning, a queen Koala sofa bed, and a smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the resort or beach. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday holiday meals, with an electric stovetop and oven, dishwasher, fridge, and coffee machine, making it easy to cook at home or prepare snacks between adventures.



This apartment offers flexible accommodation across two well-appointed bedrooms, with thoughtful extras designed for families. A baby bath, two porta cots, and a generous collection of children’s books and toys make travelling with little ones easy and stress-free. Bedroom 1 (Main Bedroom): A lovely retreat featuring a king bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, and a private kitchenette complete with mini fridge, stovetop, microwave, kettle, and sink, ideal for early morning coffees or added convenience.



Bathroom 1 (ensuite): The ensuite includes a shower, vanity, and toilet.



Bedroom 2: A bright and comfortable room fitted with two single beds, a ceiling fan, and wardrobe storage, perfect for children.



Living Area Sleeping Option: A queen Koala sofa bed is available in the living area sleeping two.



Bathroom 2: Includes a combined bath and shower, vanity, and toilet, ideal for families. A concealed laundry cupboard houses a top-loader washing machine and dryer for guest use.

Guest Access:

The resort's adult pool and spa will be closed for scheduled maintenance during this period. The kiddie pool and water park will remain open and fully available for guests to enjoy. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.



The apartment is located on the 3rd floor accessible via stairs (no lift), guests have access to the single garage for 1 small car. All resort amenities are included at no extra cost, with access to the amazing kids water park, pool, tennis court, mini golf, jumping pillow, and on-site restaurant for easy holiday fun.

Park your car and enjoy the ease of coastal living. You’re just a short 400m stroll to the start of the calm waters of Golden Beach and the scenic Pumicestone Passage, perfect for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, and waterfront walks. Coastal pathways, playgrounds, cafes, and local shops are all close by, making it easy to explore on foot. With family-friendly beaches and relaxed dining options nearby, there’s no need to travel far to enjoy your stay.

- Woolworths is across the road 200m away

Getting Around:

Getting around Golden Beach is easy and convenient. The resort is within walking distance of the beach, waterfront pathways, cafes, and local shops, making it simple to explore without a car. For longer trips, having a vehicle is ideal, with easy access to Caloundra’s main street, shopping centres, and surrounding beaches just a short drive away. Public transport services are available nearby, the closest bus stop is Landsborough Pde at Golden Beach Shops. Rideshare options such as Uber and taxis operate throughout the area.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.



*We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
