The Space:

Please note the apartment is located on the third floor and is accessible via stairs only. There is no lift/elevator within the building.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves, along with access to the complex swimming pool and one secure parking space. Please make yourselves at home!

For guests using public transport, the nearest bus stop is located on Moreton Parade at Canberra Terrace, approximately a 4–5 minute walk from the apartment. Services connect to Caloundra CBD, Sunshine Coast University Hospital, Mooloolaba, Maroochydore, and other Sunshine Coast destinations.



Ride-share services and taxis are also readily available throughout the area.



For those looking to explore further afield, popular destinations such as Australia Zoo, Mooloolaba, Noosa Heads, and the Sunshine Coast Hinterland are all within an easy drive.

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
