The Space:

This first-floor apartment sits within a small, lushly landscaped complex and opens into a bright, airy space designed for effortless holiday living. The open-plan layout features a comfortable, air-conditioned lounge and dining area, perfect for relaxing or entertaining after a day out. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors lead to a generous wrap-around balcony overlooking tropical gardens and the sparkling shared pool, an inviting spot for morning coffee, alfresco meals or evening drinks.



The fully equipped newly renovated kitchen (July 2026) makes preparing breakfast before the beach or relaxed evening drinks at home easy and enjoyable. Two bathrooms add flexibility and convenience, with the main bathroom featuring a full-sized bath and integrated laundry, perfect for longer stays or post-beach refreshes.



The primary suite feels like a private retreat with its king bed, ensuite, walk-in wardrobe, a private balcony framed by greenery and air conditioning. The second bedroom offers a calming space with twin beds, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The main bathroom includes a family-sized bath and a convenient laundry area, ideal for longer stays.



Guests will also benefit from secure, undercover parking and access to the complex's shared tropical pool.



PLEASE NOTE: For early September 2026 - The swimming pool area will be undergoing renovation works and will not be available for guest use for a couple of days. The booking rate has been discounted for this period whilst works are underway.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including a dedicated parking space within the secure garage. The swimming pool is shared with four other apartments in the complex.

- Brisbane airport is a 2-hour drive



Other Things to Note:

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept schoolies or similar groups. Guests must comply with the Local Council Code of Conduct and the property’s house rules.
