The Space:
Step into this beautiful unit and immerse yourself in stunning ocean views and refreshing sea breezes. The open-plan layout seamlessly integrates the kitchen, dining, and living room, all of which open up to the balcony boasting a large outdoor alfresco setting and high bar seats, perfect for enjoying meals or soaking up the coastal ambiance. Inside, the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need to whip up delicious meals during your holiday. The living area exudes coastal contemporary charm with a lovely plush sofa and large smart TV and an air-conditioning unit. Additionally, the complex offers a shared pool area and BBQ area, ideal for relaxing and unwinding under the sun.

Bedroom One (Master Bedroom):
The master bedroom features a plush queen-sized bed, an AC unit, a smart TV, ample wardrobe space, an ensuite bathroom, and a ceiling fan, with sliding doors that open out to a charming back balcony.

Bathroom One (Master Ensuite):
Featuring a shower, toilet, and vanity.

Bedroom Two:
Furnished with a comfortable queen bed, this room has a ceiling fan, and wardrobe space.

Bathroom Two/Laundry:
The combined bathroom and laundry area offers a toilet, vanity, combination bath/shower, and amenities including a front loader washing machine, dryer, and sink.

Bedroom Three:
This bedroom features a double sofa bed, desk space, wardrobe, ceiling fan, and a smart TV (apps only) for added comfort and convenience.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment as well as access to the complex pool & BBQ area. There is space to park one car in the secure garage. Please note the apartment complex has no lift and to access the unit you need to walk up 4 flights of stairs.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is in the ultimate position to park your car and explore the area by foot. Located in walking distance to Kings Beach where you will find a patrolled beach, surf club, beach pool, parks, plus an abundance of cafes and restaurants to explore. Happy Valley, the closest beach to the apartment, is unpatrolled but renowned for its excellent surfing conditions. Additionally, it features a calm side ideal for children, which connects to the tranquil waters of the Pumicestone Passage.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast, if you’re wanting a break from driving the local bus does service this area frequently should you need it. The apartment is approximately a 5-minute walk (400m) to Moreton Parade where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore (northbound) and Caloundra Station (southbound).

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This apartment is in a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
