The Space:

Back at home, ocean glimpses, a private pool and spa, games room and multiple living areas make it equally enjoyable on sunny beach days or relaxed days spent at home.



Perfect for large groups of friends and families, the home features seven bedrooms and generous indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces, ensuring everyone has plenty of room to relax and unwind.



Step into a beautifully designed open-plan living area that effortlessly combines comfort and style. The airy space is filled with natural light, inviting you to unwind on plush seating after a day of exploration. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up delicious meals and the generous dining space ensures everyone can enjoy meals together. Whether you prefer a casual breakfast on the front balcony, a formal dinner at the dining table, or an alfresco feast on the back deck, our home offers a variety of dining options to suit every mood.



Spread across three-levels, the spacious yet communal nature of this home sets the stage for memorable gatherings and quality family time. This home welcomes your furry friends, so even your dog can join the family adventure and enjoy the getaway together!



Retreat to one of the seven stylish bedrooms, each offering comfort and privacy. Each of the bedrooms feature either their own air-conditioning unit or are equipped with ducted air-conditioning. The bedroom and bathroom configuration is as follows:



Bedroom 1 (Master Bedroom, located on the top level): Featuring a plush king bed, this bedroom is located on the top floor of the home, promising stunning sunrise views and ocean glimpses. Swing in the egg chair or sit on the balcony with your morning coffee while you soak up the simplicity of coastal living. This bedroom also features a modern open-plan ensuite.



Ensuite (Bathroom 1): This bathroom features a shower, vanity, toilet and jacuzzi bath.



Main/Middle level of the home:



Bedroom 2: Complete with a queen bed, this room is located closest to the pool and features a designated work space, a smart TV, and an adjoining ensuite.



Ensuite 2 (Bathroom 2): Toilet, shower and vanity.



Bedroom 3: This room features a plush king bed.



Bedroom 4: This room features a plush king bed, a smart TV and a desk space.



Bedroom 5: This room is complete with a queen bed.



Bathroom 3: Vanity, bath, shower and separate toilet.



There is also a study with a designated workspace located on this level. This study doubles as a bedroom as it includes a double sofa bed (Bedroom 7).



Downstairs (lowest level):



Bedroom 6: This spacious ground-floor bedroom offers the perfect retreat for grandparents or couples seeking additional privacy.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home and beautiful backyard along with space to park in the garage. There is also an abundance of driveway parking and free street parking.



The Neighborhood:

One of the home's biggest drawcards is its proximity to Shelly Beach, with the beach and picturesque rock pools just around 200m away. Follow the coastal pathway towards nearby Kings Beach, where you'll find patrolled swimming areas, parks, cafés, playgrounds and the popular children's water fountain. Continue exploring along the beachfront boardwalk towards Bulcock Beach and central Caloundra for even more cafés, restaurants and shops.



Getting Around:

Park the car and explore the coastline on foot, with Shelly Beach and its rock pools approximately 200m from the property. The coastal walking path is also close by, making it easy to continue along the shoreline towards Kings Beach, playgrounds, cafés and central Caloundra. Kings Beach is approximately 700m away and is popular for swimming, surfing and paddle boarding.

- Brisbane airport and CBD is a 60-90 minute drive

- Australia Zoo is a 30-minute drive

- Kawana Shopping World & Cinema is a 15-minute drive

- Large new Sunshine Coast University hospital is a 15-minute drive

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*Pet-friendly for dogs, upon application - 2 maximum, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.



*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
