Just a leisurely 3-minute stroll from the patrolled beach, abundant dining options, playgrounds, and more, this charming beach house is perfectly placed to elevate your holiday experience.

Ideal for families, this cozy property boasts three bedrooms, a lounge room, a separate dining room, an older-style bathroom & kitchen, and a downstairs laundry. We provide all the personal linen and have added thoughtful touches throughout for your convenience.

Your furry friends are welcome to join in the fun as well - this is a pet-friendly property with a fully fenced yard. Let the kids or your four-legged companions explore without a care!

Additional conveniences include an iron, hairdryer, and a great selection of books and family board games as well as playing cards and a small selection of toys.

This holiday haven is within walking distance to relaxed dining options, children's playgrounds, parklands, pools, and the picturesque coastal pathway. It serves as the perfect base to explore all that the beautiful Sunshine Coast has to offer!

Classic ornate ceilings and abundant natural light create a warm and inviting atmosphere. - 2 x Smart TVs for your entertainment needs (sign in with your home account to access Netflix, Stan, Disney Plus, and more). - Original wooden flooring for a touch of nostalgia. - Air-conditioning in the living room. - Free Wi-Fi for staying connected. - Off-street parking in the driveway (fits 1 vehicle, possibly 2 depending on size), with additional on-street parking available.

- Please note that the garage is not available for guests. - Retro/original bathroom with 1 toilet, shower over the bath tub, and a new vanity. - Original style, fully stocked kitchen with new appliances (fridge, stove top, oven & microwave - no dishwasher). Plenty of cupboard space for your goodies, and all new crockery, cutlery, and glassware. Good location

The house location is nice, but it wasn't clean, thw washing mashine had clothes on it and there were dirty towels. The laundry machine was dirty, dead and alive cockroaches... the rest was fine.

Good location

It was quite dusty with cobwebs everywhere. For over Xmas with air-conditioning only in the lounge room it was really hot. The water pressure in the shower was really poor, and the beds were really uncomfortable. The lounge was not something you could relax on especially as it is really hard. The house is in a really good location that is the best thing going for it.

Great location, not very clean

The house is in a good location at Kings beach. The house had the amenities you need, with a great back yard for pets. However, the house was not very clean, the dishes, glasses and coffee cups were very dirty and we had to wash what we wanted to use first. We also had an issue with many cockroaches, so pest control seemed to be lacking. The bathroom and the floors were also not very clean.

Facilities are basic but everything you need for a beach getaway. Would stay again.
