Or head left out of the complex to Alexandra Headland and enjoy the best Surfing beach and Fish and Chips on the Sunshine Coast! My unit is the ultimate coastal getaway location, perfect for couples and families. With a newly installed reverse cycle Air Conditioner, the space can be set a to a comfortable temp all year round. Light and Airy interior provides a calming space to relax whether on the comfy couch, at the breakfast bar or on your private balcony all whilst overlooking the Ocean!!! Create your own delicious meals in a fully equipped kitchen which has an Oven, Microwave and Dishwasher all while taking in the Ocean views!! The Dining area has a light table that you are welcome to move to capture that Amazing view whilst having your morning Coffee/Tea or meals. Two chairs and a bench seat make you’re seating complete. Unwind on the super comfy lounge at the end of the day with the 42 inch TV with lots of channels to choose from or Catch up with friends and family and show off your Fun Vacation pictures taking advantage of the unlimited free Wi-Fi! The Master bedroom has a Queen Size bed and the 2nd bedroom has two single beds lots of room to move. With Ceiling fans to help cool the space. Spacious wardrobes to let you unpack and feel at home. Freshen up by Stepping into the shower/bath combo enjoy either the warmth or coolness of a shower or soak in the bath tub!! The shower and bath combo may be challenging for those with limited mobility. Washing machine/Dryer combo in the bathroom allows you to do your laundry at your leisure. You can also place a drying rack on the balcony to catch the sea breeze and Sun! The unit is in a small quiet complex, mostly with long term tenants and owners in place so all guests are asked to please respect and be mindful of our Neighbors. If Swimming pools are your choice, you will love the great size complex pool downstairs. A Single car open garage downstairs provides covered parking from the heat and rain! Best way to park is by reversing in !! There is also free street parking available. Need extra supplies? We provide clean linen and bath towels. We have also provided a starter pack of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and soaps for your convenience. However, if your stay is longer you may need to bring or purchase your own items. Check in and out times are to be strictly adhered to, unless prior arrangements have been made, as cleaners will need access to the unit to prepare for other guests.
