Get comfortable and enjoy the extra room at this private place by the sea with separate entrance, walking distance to the beach, restaurants/cafe, cinema, major shops, Surf Club and public transport. Great open plan living in spacious air conditioned lounge, full kitchen, bedroom, shower and laundry facilities. Private enclosed courtyard with comfortable outdoor setting.
FREE WIFI
Watch the sun rise over the ocean or the sunset from Pt Cartwright. Great for couples, singles or business folk.

The space

Bedroom with comfortable queen size bed and fan and spacious cupboards, seperate shower and full laundry facility, seperate toilet. Air conditioned open plan living area with high ceilings and bifold doors opening onto your private courtyard with stylish outdoor furniture and shade umbrella . A bbq to compliment the experience. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, double drawer dishwasher, stove, microwave etc. There is a computer work station for those needing one. Free wifi.

We now have have a sofa bed in the loungeroom. It has a double bed spring mattress. Perfect for an additional 2 guests.

Only a short distance from some favourite eateries - Kawana Hotel, Surf Club, or one of the many other cafes and restaurant in the nearby shopping centre

Other things to note!!!!

As we live so close to our beautiful expansive beaches, a walk, a stroll, a run, or a swim is sheer delight. Just ask that you rinse off surplus sand off your feet at the tap or outside shower to the left of the garage.
Your private accomodation has its own entrance, outdoor tropical bbq entertainment area for your sole use. The courtyard is fully contained. Your area is totally private with a seperate unit behind. We look forward to your stay.

IMPORTANT Note: the unit is the back half of a unit that has been divided into two separate and private spaces. Some noise travels through the adjoining walls from the front unit, and sometimes, the hot water may temporarily run out as it is shared between the 2 units.

Public transport is at Kawana Shopping centre just 270m away enabling you to get to Noosa, the Glass House Mountains and Hinterland, beautiful Mooloolaba and Caloundra and so much more.

THINGS TO NOTE:
ACCESS: You have full access to the property. we are just a phone call or message away during your stay.

PARKING: There is plenty of street parking and you are welcome to park one car in the driveway.

INCLUSIVE: As hosts, we welcome all visitors. Overseas guests, people with disabilities, families, and LGBTQI+ friendly.

Photo ID and a selfie - we do kindly request the person booking sends a copy of their ID and a selfie via the platform message thread once the booking is confirmed.

NOISE: The property is in a peaceful quiet neighbourhood. To respect the peace of the community - we kindly request no loud music or loud parties. Noise curfew 10pm.

SECURITY DEPOSIT - A refundable security deposit of $400 may be taken as an authorisation hold 2 days prior to check out and released no more than 7 days later. Some or all of the security deposit may be captured if there has been negligent behaviour or intentional damage to the property.

EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS:
May be possible however we do recommend you to plan around a 3pm check-in. When your place is ready, we will let you know. If you require earlier access, consider booking the night before if available. If a guest is checking out on the day of your arrival, housekeeping needs time to prepare everything and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
May be possible depending on bookings and housekeeping schedules. Please reach out the day before check out to see if this is possible.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide you with complimentary essential starter supplies for your stay. This includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and a few other items for your comfort. This is not intended to last for the duration of your booking but to avoid having to immediately head to the supermarket on arrival.

LINEN: We supply hotel quality linen and bath towels for your stay.

LONG STAYS:
All stays 14-28 nights must have a mid-stay cleaning service at an additional cost. This allows for our team to periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property. This is non-negotiable.

CHECK OUT
We don`t want you to do a long list of chores before you check out. We just kindly ask that you put back furniture the way you found it (only if somethings been moved), stack the dishwasher and put the rubbish out. Our cleaners will do the rest.

AGE REQUIREMENT:
We do request that adult guests are over the age of 25 years of age. 18-24 years are welcome if staying with other adults over 25 years of age. Children are welcome.

INFANTS:
PORTA COT - A porta cot is available upon request. This is used at the guests own risk. The owner and hosts do not accept any liability should anything occur during its use
For families traveling with infants, please note that you will need to supply linen. Due to the sensitive nature of precious baby skin and the detergents often used by large commercial laundries, it is much better for you to use fabrics that are familiar to your baby`s skin to avoid any sensitivities or allergic reactions

MANAGEMENT FEE - this is our damage waiver to cover any accidental damages so you don`t have to worry - see house rules for the details.

PETS: We are pet lovers and they are welcome upon application. The unit is suitable for 1 small dog. There is a small pet fee of $120 per stay.
- No noise after 10pm and refrain from causing disturbances to the neighbours to avoid having them com
plain to local authorities.
- Strictly no parties allowed. Infringement on this rule may result in eviction without refund. Any additional time for the housekeepers to attend or inspect the property outside of their usual cleaning will result in additional administrative fees.
- If there is any damage to the property please inform the host ASAP as additional charges may apply.
- In the event that keys are lost/ damaged/ locked inside the property any time during your stay or check-out, we may need to call a locksmith and additional expenses will be charged to your account. If the cleaner’s or property manager’s schedule is affected by this, further charges may apply.
- Check-out time is 10am. If the cleaner is not able to clean on time, a delayed entry fee may apply. If you require late check-out, please contact the host 72 hours before check-out and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Love the shopping centre literally around the corner.Was great being able to take our pooch and he loved the doggy beach.Apartment was beautifully clean and the bed was soooo comfy., had absolutely everything so no need to lug stuff with you.We would stay again for sure, Thankyou.

A very lovely unit

Lovely. minutes walk to kawana shopping centre walking distance to dog beach unit was very lovely Nice took a while to work out how to use the cook top everything was there. Our Dog TEDDY enjoyed the stay walking to the dog beach .was a shame that it rained while we were there .But next time should be better weather wise

The Sweet Spot of Sunshine Coast

This house was really a well-appointed HOME that I could picture living in. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, with convenient seating at the kitchen island. The whole place was wonderful, but the location couldn't have been better, minutes to walk to the beach or shopping, and a place to park the car to get around to all of the Sunshine Coast. Fabulous

Sunshine coast holiday with Cyclone Alfred

Great location. Close to shopping centre and bars, restaurants, Bed too small for us (used to king). Felt safe from the "cyclone" but really just a persistent rainy day or 2 where we were. Check in and out was easy. Most utensils covered. Needed extra tea towel fot the kitchen. On arriving found the nespresso machine wouldn't work.

Stay at Kawana Wsters

We had a lovely time staying at Kawana Waters. The unit was spotless when we arrived and had everything there that we needed. The yard was a sun trap and so comfortable to sit and relax. It was so close to the shopping centre as well as the beach and the walking paths. We cycled Donny Dicky Beach and went board and played golf at Maleny. Would definitely recommend staying at the unit again. Thank you

Excellent doggy vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable, safe and clean unit. Great kitchen and laundry facilities and we appreciated the tea and coffee supplies and wine in the fridge! This is an excellent location for the travelling pooch and my greyhound Frankie loved the off lead huge beach just a few minutes walk away. Also close to the patrolled beach at Kawana for the hoomans to enjoy! Thanks for a great stay!

Awesome getaway

What a wonderful place. Great location. Close to everything. Fab kitchen With EVERYTHING!! Just bring your food and every single pot, pan, and list too long to mention on hand. Great courtyard with sun brolly, comfy chairs and bbq available. Credit to the owners. Sad to leave but will be back!!
