Beautiful , stylish Mudjimba Beach House

About this space
This beautiful, clean and comfortable holiday home is perfectly located in the heart of Mudjimba. Only a two minute drive, and a twelve minute walk to the stunning white sands of Mudjimba beach, cafes and shops, as well as less than a 5 minute drive to the Sunshine Coast airport.

On your return from the beach, enjoy a barbecue in the fully enclosed, private, lush tropical garden, where you can relax and make the most of your time away.

We have two golf courses within a 5 minute drive also.
The space
The home is welcoming and features your own entrance with open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, with a walk-in pantry. The modern lounge features a Smart TV, so that guests can enjoy Netflix and other streaming services. The kitchen boasts everything required to make a family meal.

Two bedrooms ,each offer a queen bed, with the master bedroom having a built in wardrobe with tons of storage and direct access to the bathroom.

The beautiful front garden has a gas barbecue, outdoor clothes line, and outdoor table setting.
There is a washing machine, ironing board, iron, and hairdryer. We offer complimentary, unlimited Wifi, split system air conditioning in main living area and and ceiling fans throughout for your comfort.

Mudjimba and the surrounding areas are very flat, and easy to cycle around. We can arrange 2 bikes on request at a small extra fee .You can even take a bike path as far as Mooloolaba. We have catered for every need to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
Guests have access to their own fully self contained home. Owner lives in separate home.

Breezy Beach Stay

The Mudjimba Beach House is a lovely place to stay. The home has a crisp, beach vibe. It’s clean and comfy, and it’s only a short walk to the beach. It’s easily accessible with shopping close by. Our stay was very relaxing-just wish it had beed longer..

Amazing place and location

Everything was clean, the host friendly and responsive. Just stayed for a couple days but it was great, highly recommend.Mudjimba is a hidden gem, a perfect place for families with kids.

Great little house

Stayed with a friend while attending a conference in the area. So much more comfortable having the privacy of 2 separate bedrooms instead of a twin share hotel room (and better value). Also great having a lounge with two very comfortable couches to relax, a dining area, and full kitchen. Appreciated the fast and strong air conditioner! Walking distance to beach, restaurants and grocery store. Slept very soundly, comfy bed. Lovely strong shower. Would definitely stay again.

Short break.

Nice clean and spacious house. Easy to find. Well equipped. A couple of things you may be unaware of Wendy. There are a free chipped pieces of dinner set and the toilet spray is empty. Would also be great to have some pegs for the washing line but overall a lovely couple of days.

Awesome

We loved every aspect of staying at Wendy's property as it suited and exceeded our needs. From a quiet and well maintained, clean and totally functional property, to a great location away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas we struck it lucky in every way. With the beach and a great cafe & bar along with other eating options only a 5-10 minute walk away in one direction and only a 5 minute walk to a supermarket, another great cafe along with a few more shops including a chemist in the other direction we were perfectly situated. The motorway / freeway on-ramps were only a 3 minute drive in either direction. It was lovely meeting Wendy and she shared her local knowledge and recommended alternative places to visit outside of the main attractions and our drive up and into the hinterland was a highlight for us so thank you Wendy for sharing both your property and your insights and we highly recommend staying there as we certainly will be on our next visit. Mudjimba Holiday

The house was great everything was great very clean easy to use. Easy to find and keybox was easily seen to access. I would have loved some shelves or chest of drawers as I had a 6 and 9 yr old and all their clothes are put in drawers or shelves. Overall would certainly use this house again very close to places we wanted to see. Sea Life at Mooloolaba, Amaze, local tavern has very good meals. Great place and owners very helpful. 😊

It was a nice stay

We stayed in the villa for 3 nights. It is 5 minutes away from Sunshine Coast Airport. The villa got everything we needed. It is very clean and modern. It got Coles close by, about 10 to 15 mins walking distance. The host, Wendy was kind and accommodating to let us to have early check in. We didn't hire a car so took the bus everywhere. It's about half hour bus ride to Maroochydore. It's about an hour bus ride to Noosa Beach. Overall, we had nice stay.

Wonderful stay in the 2bedroom house at Mudjimba. The garden was immaculate and everything needed for our short stay was provided. Clean, tidy and friendly communications with the host. Parking was super easy and close to airport. Nice cafes on either side all walking distance and beach and Novotel down the road. Highly recommended!!

Perfect Family Holiday

We stayed at the Mudjimba beach house for a wedding at Twin Waters. It was an easy <5 minute drive and the accommodation was a perfect place to stay with our 15 month old. The place was beautiful inside, had all the amenities you could need and very well appointed. Just wished we could have stayed longer!

Long Weekend Beach Break

Fabulous property! Perfect size for 4 adults. Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, perfect location within walking distance of shops, takeaways etc and close to the beach. Host very responsive! Could not fault this accommodation -would definitely return and would highly recommend the beach house!

Excellent property

This villa is great, our family comfortably stayed here for a week. It is very clean and has good amenities. Close to supermarket, shops, restaurants, cafes and a patrolled beach. Wendy is a great host and communicater. We highly recommend this villa.

Fabulous Holiday Stay

Mudjimba Beach House was perfect for our stay. Lovely home, set up beautifully and had everything we needed. A very close walk/drive to the shops, cafes and beach. Clean and tidy on our arrival and Wendy was an amazing communicator throughout the whole process, checking in on the first day to ensure everything was ok. Would highly recommend.
