I wasn’t going to write this review because the girls in reception were the only aspect I thought was ok with the disgraceful experience. Are you really serious about charging $230 a night for this garbage.. truly ??
1) The bed was an absolute disgrace and should’ve been thrown on the tip years ago. I now have a sore back after trying to get any sleep on that disgrace. The springs in the mattress must have given way years ago . I find it hard to believe that no one has else complained. There was only 1 extra pillow in the wardrobe.. quite alarming for a $230 a night motel?.
We couldn’t use the aircon because there was no controls in the room and the ceiling fan didn’t have a low setting.
The toilet seat doesn’t go all the way up. If you’re sitting you need to lean forward because the seat hits you in the back . If you’re standing you need to hold the seat so it doesn’t fall .. again , I can’t believe no one else has complained. The shower/ spa looked unclean . The room door doesn’t have a tight seal.. you can see light coming from the gap to the hallway and the noise from other motel guests comes straight into the room .
Room 5b floor 1 is a complete shocking disgrace . We didn’t even have a room with a view of the ocean . I will not be back and I will not be recommending this motel to anyone that asks me. I don’t even expect a reply from you guys as I believe you must be getting reviews like this all the time.
