You will need to purchase your own supplies after these are used. We do not supply sugar, laundry detergent, tissues, or paper towels. All linen is provided as part of our Premium Linen Service. Beach towels are also included for your convenience.

This is NOT a property for parties, events, functions, or schoolies groups. We kindly ask that you refrain from making any such requests, as we do not host these types of events. The property is also strictly NO smoking.



When booking, we will ask for details about your group and your plans while visiting the coast. We value our apartment and the well-being of our neighbours. If we receive reports of parties, events, functions, or disturbances, we will investigate and, if necessary, ask you to vacate the premises immediately.

Cleaning Charge:

The cleaning charge covers a standard clean. If the apartment is left with excessive garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, or cigarette smells, additional cleaning and replacement costs will be incurred.
