Acacia Avenue is a magnificent beach house that boasts comfort, space, a private pool and easy access to the best that the Queensland Sunshine Coast has to offer. Perfectly situated in a quiet coastal street, you’ll be treated to a spacious home, pool and tranquil surroundings.

Tucked away on a quiet street in Shelly Beach, you’re only a short walk to the Shelly, Moffat or Kings Beaches. With four bedrooms, five indoor and outdoor living areas plus an office, this house is a perfect hub for families to enjoy the best of Caloundra and Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.

-The two story home and its relaxing pool are easterly facing, ensuring that the home is basked in the sunshine for most of the day.
- Downstairs consists of the child friendly pool area, veranda with sun lounges and outdoor dining for six.
- Inside has a separate lounge area with modular sofa, 65 inch smart TV and a wet bar area for entertainment.
- Upstairs is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, lounge room and outdoor entertainment area including a Weber BBQ. A great place to hang out, the fully equipped open plan kitchen faces onto the dining room with a beautiful eight seat table.
- The upstairs lounge room is a relaxing zone with a three seater lounge, two single lounge chairs, a 65 inch smart TV plus wood fire.
- The upstairs veranda has sea glimpses and over looks the pool. With a lounge, a Weber BBQ and easterly aspect, this is the perfect place to entertain guests or relax with a morning coffee or tea.
- This property is unique and offers separate zones for guests to obtain their privacy or gather together. This property is ideal for large families and is ideal for guests that desire both common entertainment areas and private areas to retreat.

Please note that this property does not have air conditioning however there are ceiling fans in some rooms and pedestal fans supplied.

Location:
The choice is yours. Walk the two minutes to the serene Shelly Beach. Discover the soft sands and sparkling blue waters of the Surf Live Saving patrolled Kings Beach a short 800m stroll that stretches 1km along the coastline. Alternatively, head to Moffat Beach and enjoy both the wonderful headline, beach and café lifestyle that awaits you there. Shelly Beach is ideally located along the 75km Coastal Pathway and is ideal for short strolls, longer walks and cycling. Swim, fish, kite surf, paddle board, explore the rock pools, play with the kids and stroll the days away at your coastal haven without ever having to get the car out. When you feel the need to get out of the house, beaches, snorkelling, surfing, cafes, shops and golf courses are all in close proximity. Shelly Beach is the perfect location for enjoying the beach and bush, including incredible sunrise views over the coast, coastal walks / bike rides, Australia Zoo and the annual whale migration offer fantastic opportunities to get up close and personal with nature.

Acacia Avenue is central to lots of activities and attractions:
- Maroochydore airport is a 30 minute drive.
- Brisbane airport is a 65 minute drive.
- Australia Zoo is a 30 minute drive.
- Kawana Shopping World & Cinema is a 20 minute drive.
- Large new Sunshine Coast University hospital is a 10 minute drive.
- Mooloolaba and Underwater World (Sea Life) is a 30 minute drive.
- Downtown Caloundra is a 5 minute drive.
- A 40-minute car trip will take you to Maleny, Montville, Kondalilla Waterfalls, or Noosa National Park. The Sunshine Coast is ready for exploration.

We do not take schoolies bookings - This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. Whilst we understand that Council regulations for noise restrictions are 10 p.m., we have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm, and we ask that you also respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. Prices vary according to the season, and minimum booking nights apply and vary for different seasons.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.

Great family home close to beach and scenic walk into town. House was clean and in a quiet street. Did not realise it was dual occupancy but did not hear neighbours. Check in was easy with great communication. Highly recommended.

Overall impression: Clean, spacious, beautifully furnished. Kitchen well equipped, Beds very comfortable. Ideal set up for a large family with separate lounge areas, each with own TV, which allowed the children to watch their own programs and enabled the adults to relax separately. Our grandchildren took full advantage of the pool, which was perfectly situated with observation from both upper and lower balcony areas. Unable to activate the air-conditioning in the upper bedroom but this was only a minor inconvenience. Would have appreciated more kitchen bin liners. Parking two cars in the garage was a challenge but not insurmountable!

This property is perfect for a family full of young adults. Close to the beach (Shelly beach) you need a car to access Moffat and Kings beach- area is hilly. The property has 5 different living areas which is amazing. Private pool - brilliant. The ONLY issue is no air conditioning in the upstairs living and kitchen area. In a day over 25 degrees this makes these areas extremely hot.
